Nice hotel, good facilities, friendly and service minded personell. Butt dinner meal didn´t reach expected quality. Too many people and too few personell. Food not of expected quality, more like industrial kitchen food than restaurant food.

This was my first visit in Italy and needed somewhere well priced for my stay. The grand hotel panoramic was truly excellent. From the staff to the food to the location, they were all wonderful and I would certainly consider staying here again in the future!

Very disappointing. Tired and in need of refurbishment throughout. Very poor quality of food… very limited selection at breakfast, with no fresh fruit. I regretted trying a hard boiled egg as it was stone cold and the white wasn’t cooked. We also had dinner one night, which was completely tasteless. Only 1 plank-like pillow per bed, no soap in the bathroom until the day we were leaving.

Our tour group stayed here for two nights. The place was dated and staff unfriendly. When I got into my room it was a nigh**are. Bathroom wasn’t nice at all. Shower disgusting and I couldn’t fit in and turn around in it. Also had an adjoining room which I never as a single person like to be in for safety reasons. I asked at reception if I could get another room as others told me their rooms were fine. I was waved away told hotel is full. Two staff came to my room and argued that all the bathrooms were the same and no one could get in my room. They were so rude and would not listen to my concerns. I spoke to our tour guide who spoke to the tour company and they told me the same no other rooms available that day. I ended up swapping rooms with the tour guide who had a room at the hotel behind which was such a huge difference in every way. Then the next night I had to go back to this hotel and the room was a little better but still had an adjoining room. The food we got here was extremely underwhelming and very little choice at dinner no choices just what was put in front of you. Staff were arguing behind our table when we were sitting there, very unprofessional. So happy to leave this one far far behind.

We fell in love both with Montecatini and the Panoramic Hotel. There is an old worldly charm about this hotel and the staff and cuisine were excellent. Everyone at the Panoramic Hotel deserves a round of applause. It's location is very useful for the Funucular but for us with slight walking disabilities it was a long way from downtown, fortunately there we many places to sit and rest on our excursions into town and back.

Dogs are allowed everywhere, tasty breakfast, clean and comfotable rooms. Also very good service and nice staff. Hotel is placed near the city centre and next to funicolare which makes Montecatini Alto really close.

We had a great stay at Grand Hotel Panoramic. It's not far from the city center, close to the funicular and therme. Breakfast was ok. Very clean and spacy rooms, impeccable bathroom. Will definitely return to this hotel if I ever come to Montecatini Therme.

This hotel is on the top of a hill of a lovely town. It is easy to walk into town from here. The town has lots of restaurants, shops and ice cream places. This hotel has a nice pool with a bridge over. Drinks and ice creams by the pool are expensive. We stayed as a family of 5 in a two bedroom adjoining room. It was spacious yet dated. Although I did like the blue tiles in the bathroom! The bed came with 1 pillow each which was so flat and our air conditioning didn’t work so I had a dreadful night sleep. I asked at reception the next day and we were delivered 2 additional pillows and when it was cleaned the air conditioning was working again so that was good. We had a balcony which was good for drying swimwear on. We had free breakfast but it was average, although my daughter’s enjoyed the waffles. There was free parking in a car park opposite the hotel. Wi-Fi was not good here. Patchy at best! This is a budget hotel. If you want a base in Tuscany this could be a good place to stay. We visited Pisa whilst staying here.

The hotel once again brought the usual high standard. Good location, parking, excellent breakfast, nice swimming pool and great staff. The rooms are clean, with the necessary equipment. Everything works as it should. We want to spend our vacation here again next year! I recommend to everyone!
