We visited the hotel from wed to wed on a NYC to montauk getaway. We had an excellent stay. Friendly staff, comfortable location great beach access. The rooms are spacious and the garden is beautiful. We felt at home. Clean, and stylish. 5 stars.

The room was bright and spacious with white linens and relaxing pillow mist to spray before bed. The staff was friendly and informative. The location was great with beach access at your doorstep and a short walk to town. Going back in September!

Came here for a weekend to celebrate my anniversary during off season. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was beautiful, comfortable and the location was phenomenal. Right off the beach, parking was easy and literally walking distance to the town! Although things were closed we came here for a nice relaxing weekend and that’s exactly what we received ! Would absolutely love to return in the summer with more people !

Excellent hotel. Super comfortable and cozy. Front desk area is fun and lively. Beautiful styling and very clean. Stayed here for a 40th birthday party and had a blast. Perfect location and solid team running it. We are coming back for sure.

Stylish and cozy vibe with a beautiful yard space and awesome beach access ! Loved the cushy beach bean bag and the nice big hammocks. Sagel and Alex made me feel at home. Perfect location for walking around town. Rooms are very clean and spacious with very comfortable beds and nice plush towels. The amenities are lovely with all kinds of goodies. Loved the peach Kombucha.

I will recommend to stay and very convenient you can walk to town and watch the sunset and sunrise. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very cleaned and comfortable beds. This is my first time staying in this hotel. I will booked again. Thank you for the manager it is very helpful and if you have any questions he will get back to you fast and help with any questions that you need to know about the hotel. Also easy to find the hotel and the parking is very safe. I will give the hotel 10 stars 🌟

This was such an amazing stay!! The staff was awesome and so nice. The room was spotless and ready to go when we arrived. Situated right on the beach which was so convenient for us. Overall perfect getaway spot and miles clear of the other hotels in the area. We loved it so much and will definitely be back!!

Hero is a property we’ll return to—and we’ve been coming to Montauk for years. Hero was a last minute booking for us to take advantage of the remaining sunny days of the season and as an antidote to city life. Sejal at the front desk was warm and welcoming and made us feel perfectly settled in. She also had great recommendations for local destinations that weren’t on our radar. The property has an overall atmosphere of calm and the beach is just steps away. What would make the experience even better is an in-room coffee machine. But again, we shall see you again Hero.
