Wonderful ambiance. Good reception. Staff very polite and co-operative, hygiene maintained. Food good, but needs little improvement. Had a nice time and relaxation. We do recommend people to visit this place.

Have to say that this is one of the best stay. Fantastic staff and a special mention to Vipin who was very courteous and helpful when my family members fell sick. Rooms were well maintained. Food was really good and breakfast had a wide spread.

Nice new facility with a shaded swimming pool for a cooling dip. Rooms stood out for the minimalist yet comfortable layout with soothing white walls. A good buffet offering was served in the expansive open air dining area. Overall a comfortable hotel up to Western standards.

Absolutely fantastic place. Service is great and fast. Vipin was absolutely fantastic and did a great job. Absolutely stood out to the entire group! We didn't have any issues, but other members in our group suffered with broken air cons. Not much was done to resolve it

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff and nice facilities in quiet location. I came with an Intrepid tour and ut wS central to visit the tiger park and the shops and cafes. The food was good and the buffet mainly Indian with a couple of western options.

This is a nice, clean hotel, with friendly & helpful staff and the food is generally good. The location is excellent for exploring Thekkady and the nearby, wonderful Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Two improvements that need making - a) creating an area for relaxed seating outside the restaurant and lobby, which is currently empty and wasted and b) the wiring in the rooms needs upgrading, as some sockets don't work

Very nice ambience, staff's are very friendly & fast service too, special thanks to Vipin & Thomas , very friendly & accommodating to our request, also advice us on whet else to.see around thekady, hotel is superb, very nice breakfast spread, very clean & the bed is very comfy, recommend this hotel to all, we had a good stay,

The service .. hotel... Spacious rooms.. neat n clean... And specially the food was awesome 👍 They were also child friendly. The staffs were very helpful. Best hotel in Thekkady. Around 2 km away from elephant activities.

Easy check in. Spacious and clean room. Delicious breakfast and food Excellent service by stay. Superb and pleasant stay. Recommended for all, Staff were polite and cooperative. Near to all site seeing spots like periyar forest boating, elephant camp. Best decision to stay at Peppervine. Happy Happy.
