Nothing really wrong but also nothing was extremely special, it’s a nice hotel but I thought for the price it wasn’t that special, breakfast on the first day was basic. It got better towards the end of our stay and the snack bar at the hotel was so expensive. 11 dollars for two small water bottles.
Parking was 35 dollars a day and that was discounted. On our last day we were woken around 7:30am by drilling and loud banging noises. The hotel and room was clean. The hot tub was so strong filled with chlorine that when sat in it, it would make your eyes water. I enjoyed my stay and it was in a good location for restaurants and bar and I maybe would stay again but I just thought it was a lot for what we got.

Check in was excellent! Great staff who are very helpful. Safety is a top priority. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

The room I stayed in the bed was uncomfortable. I placed a room deposit left the room in immaculate condition and didn’t get my deposit back. It’s been 2 months now.

Our room was on the 4th floor and the lobby below us was extremely loud well past 11pm on a Sunday night. We had two small children with us that struggled to sleep. I would have thought that a quiet time after 10pm would have been enforced.
We stayed Sunday-Thursday night and the room was only cleaned once, after we requested it be cleaned several times. We had to ask the front desk again when we came back Thursday afternoon and it was still not cleaned.
The rooms could use their own microwaves.

My bed was broken half it was on the floor my fridge wasn’t working I have been here before and my room was perfectly fine but this time was different but the pool and breakfast was amazing parking was right there I love this place it’s my go too when I come out to the city’s hopefully they can fix some things

If it weren't for the friendly staff and excellent service, I would be giving this property a one-star. Our room was dirt. There were stains on the couch and all over the floors. We didn't have warm water to shower at the end of a long day. We had to wait until the morning to have warm water to shower, and we had several issues with our toilet not flushing.

This is a great property for business travelers. Everything was clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and made my stay pleasant. The one downside is that there was not room service and downtown Minneapolis lacked late night food options.

The room had a wonderful layout and was clean. We did not have hot water. It was warm but not hot. We stayed for three days and never received room service. The trash pilled up. The breakfast was good and the ladies were wonderful.
