the view was pretty nice, nice quite hotel, pretty clean, gf is a home cleaner so she notices every little thing anyone else wouldn’t notice that isn’t clean.

Our check in was delayed due to their computers being down. They did offer complementary drinks. Room was some what clean. There was cups behind the dressers and stains on the bed sheets. I think they need a better inspection so the cleaning crew knows what to look for. Overall my experience was good and the complementary dinner and drinks was included in your stay. Not something other hotels do.

Overall the place was clean and beds were comfy. The carpet in our room was in need of vacuuming, there was popcorn debris throughout the room. We were offered another room with a king bedcand a rollaway but opted to just have them come clean. It took two visits to front desk to get resolved. Loved the breakfast, well staffed, stocked, clean, and friendly staff. Night time snack and bar was understaffed, out of food, and extremely long bar line. Hotel was packed so pool/hot tub crowded as a result we did not use.

Room was spacious and clean. Pool and hot tub nice. We didnt do the complimentary drinks and appetizers but they were offered which was cool. Check-in and check out people were friendly. We had one super small issue with our TV and it was handled asap. Then the manager Drew even reached out afterwards to make sure we'd had a perfect stay. The parking garage is literally connected to the hotel and very easy to pay for and enter/exit. Location was 10/10.

We would always recommend the Drury Hotel to people. We usually have kids and it is such a great place for the meals. The pool was great as well. Doesn't bother us to get the 3 drink coupons as well.

I have nothing negative to say about our stay. All the staff - from front desk to housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating. The happy hour had a great selection of food, cold beer and a real treat after a day of touring. The breakfast was great - didn't taste like fake eggs, rubbery sausage or old biscuits. The choice of milk, juice or fountain drinks was a pleasant surprise. We ordered a pizza one night from the bar and it was very tasty too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Milwaukee. Thanks for a great stay.

Very professional and nice attitude on the front desk staff. Restaurant had great hours so if you were out late you could still grab something to eat. Easy in and out parking at no extra cost. Have always had a good time at Drury's properties.
