"Always enjoy staying at a Residence Inn. Hotel staff were great, gave me an early check in to accommodate my schedule. Large and comfortable room. The kitchen is a nice amenity. Perfect location for where I needed to be."

"In general, we were satisfied. Sorry for a Hilton not to offer hot drinks or fresh water at the reception. This is generally good use. The moquette of our room needed cleaning. Otherwise a good comfort."

"ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นระเบียบ แต่เล็กไปหน่อย"

"This was my 1st time booking with Trip.com - I had the guaranteed cancelation for 2 days prior to the reservation - I cancelled 2 minutes after clicking on the reservation as I realized I entered the wrong date. The next day I received notification that I was not going to be refunded. I contacted Trip.com directly and was told they would call the hotel directly. Next day - same message cancellation refund denied. I attempted to call the hotel directly and still not successful. I have resorted to the help of my credit card company fighting the charge. There will be fingers pointed both ways re: the service and all I will say is buyer beware. I NEVER had this issue with one of the competitor companies."
