We had really nice 2 nights in this hotel. Service excellent and perfectly clean. Defenetly We’ll come back again. Location 10/10.

This hotel was nice, clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the train station but feels closer. At night it becomes more lively. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area and I was excited to find some great Chinese food 2 blocks away. If you are looking for a luxury experience this hotel isn't for you, which is why I wouldn't recommend it for everyone, but it was perfect for us for a night coming in from the train.

Excellent location. Just 3mins walk to metro and 10mins to termini. Very friendly staff. They even surprised us with early check in. The rooms were also neat and clean. Their detox water was refreshing and reception staff is super friendly and nice.

They redeemed themselves - check in was so transactional, no one helped me with luggage at all but during my 2 day trip, I found that the dinner at the hotel restaurant was hearty and filling, and they allowed for late check out so all good in the end

Lovely hotel within easy access to trams, subway and the Hop-on bus. We had a family room which was really spacious and well equipped with tea & coffee facilities, complimentary toiletries and a lovely bath robe. Breakfast was delicious and there was so many options to choose from. The staff were all really friendly and helpful

Staff are kind, but unaware of how to take care of guests or handle their own basic responsibilities. When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room. We went all the way to the room and took our four pieces of heavy luggage up there with us only to find out we had to move everything to a different room. They did not help us. They gave us a different room with the correct bed but with the wrong bathroom. We checked into there anyways because we were so exhausted after two weeks of traveling. we stayed one night and went out for lunch. When we came back after lunch, our key did not work for our room. We had to go back down to reception and get a key that worked. They had no excuse for why the key didn’t work and said their system was down. They had no further information. When I booked this room, I said it was for two people. When I arrived, there was only one robe in the room and one set of slippers. They knew we were two people. I went down and asked for another robe and they said they did not have one. Finally, the room that I had booked had two sinks in the bathroom. The one I ended up getting only had one. By that point, we were so exhausted that we just completed our stay and decided we’d handle it through *******. I did let the staff know my concerns and gave them an opportunity to fix it and they didn’t do it. They just said I’m sorry. The amenities are the bare minimum but it is clean. It’s a bit loud, I think it’s next to a train. Very central location.

Middle of the road hotel but reception at check in was chaotic and they forgot to return my passport

The whole experience was painful. Check in - two people on the desk, one on the phone who motions to me to wait. 10 minutes later, eventually off the phone, no word of apology for making me wait. Check-in itself took forever, somebody else came to the desk and magically another member of staff appeared to serve them. Where were they when I was waiting? Room - very 1970's University Halls of Residence and definitely NOT 4 star, in fact a struggle to make 3 stars. The room was very basic and functional......except the shower. I am 188cm tall and could barely fit in the excuse for a shower they had fitted at the end of a very narrow bath. The room was also very 'tired' looking with splintered doors and scratched wood (although in fairness, it was very clean) Finally, after 2 nights stay (I was there on business), I checked out. Another major logistical exercise that took about 15 minutes (haven't they done this before? And at 5 o/c in the morning, it's not like they were busy). I will be asking my employer (Global brand name) to take this hotel of our policy list. In short, not a pleasant experience and staff not particularly friendly either.
