Amazing location is its obvious appeal and hence the price. Lovely attendance by Alfredo who was kind and polite. The rooms are basic and tired, but were fine for the one night or if you spend little time there. The antique lift was cute if not a bit impractical

The apartment is a little run down, but pretty spacious. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and made check-in easy. The apartment is in the middle of the downtown pedestrian area, so it’s pretty loud at night. The staff provided ear plugs, which were much appreciated. You can’t beat the location for access to shopping, museums, and the Duomo.

Bit difficult to locate, sign is located just off the sidewalk rather than up at eye level. Location is great.

Very friendly. Little tricky to find but eventually after circling the block discovered it. The bedding was minimal and a little cold so be aware and can be a little noisy with the trams at night but overall positive experience.

While it was a boutique hotel, with many quant features in our room, our flight was delayed and although we updated the hotel often with arrival time, we were charged €50 cash for the late check in and the man popped it into his back pocket. Helpful the morning after with our bag while we got breakfast and polite.

PERFECT LOCATION, JUST AROUND THE CORNER OF DUOMO (like less than a minute walk).
Friendly staff. Very basic room.
If you are looking for fancy and luxurious with room service, this is not your place (even though there was a bathtub in the bedroom).
We were looking for extra blanket, we could not find any, so we thought to check under the bed storage (like in many other hotels/ rooms) only to find lots of used towels dumped there. So if you are looking for somewhere to crash with OK hygiene, basic facilities and the BEST location, this is your place!

Great location, very clean, with all required amenities, old building but rooms in good shape. Interesting elevator! Easy check in and check out. The only downside is that the sofa bed was noisy and uncomfortable.
