checkin 在定位地址，但是一定要等到下午 3:00 之後才有人開門 checkin，可能我們訂的兩居室，竟然要去到另外一個 1.5km 外的地方，訂他就是因為離車站近，但要走一個三角形，雖然另外一個地方也離車站 10 分鐘路程，公寓不能同時用電器，燒水洗衣都跳閘，一晚上跳了 7-8 次閘,

L’appartamento è attrezzato ma poco pulito, il televisore non funziona, il divano è sporchissimo, il secondo letto non era pronto. La posizione, per chi viene dalla stazione centrale è ottima. Cortese la ragazza alla reception.

Funcionarios atenciosos e prestativos. Apartamento com tudo necessario, cooktop, garrafa de agua quente, frigobar, microondas. Sala espaçosa, quarto confortavel e banheiro grande. Localização ao lado da estação central de trem com metro e comercio proximo.

Before I write anything,I would like to inform you that it's more than 30 years' experience in tourism, but I have never ever seen such behavior .I took the flix bus from montpolier to Milan on the way, and the bus broke down. I sent them an a whatsap message to inform them that my arrival time will be a little bit late ..so they send a message in which they told me to pay a 50 euro extra service.i agreed but when I reached Milan I called them and they told you reservation is canceled without refund. So I was abandoned at midnight with my wife and my children. It took me two hours to find another hotel. My wife and my children were really scared .especially am from morocco, and it is my first time in Italy.

Nie wieder. Check in konnte kein Englisch und dauerte 30 Minuten. Das Zimmer war dann 20 Minuten Fußweg wo anders. Überall Schimmel in der Dusche. WC katastrophal! Betten und Bettzeug gefühlt 20 Jahre alt. Küche aus dem Ostblock. Reinste Frechheit. Total falsche Fotos vom Zimmer

Warning!! This property is NOT what the pictures present when booking! We arrived at midnight after a full day of travel and location and entry were somewhat confusing. There was NO hot water to shower when we arrived!!! Bedding was stained and had hair on it—disgusting! Room is small and not appropriate for a family of 5. Management did not mention on booking site that if you check in after 8:00pm you will be charged an additional $50, and will have to take a taxi 10-15 minutes away from the facility to register and get the key. This is incredibly inconvenient and UNSAFE when you arrive at 11:00pm with a family. When we contacted management to cancel they refused!!! Management had no concerns about a family waiting over 45 minutes at the train station while a family member went to register, come back, and then walking at midnight to find an apar**ent in the dark! Terrible…Terrible…Terrible! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Sono arrivato 5 minuti in ritardo dell’ora prevista del check in causa ritardo dell’aereo Chiamo il proprietario della struttura e con modi scorbutici mi dice che voleva 50€ per il disagio causato a lui in più le chiavi dovevo andarle a prendere io a circa 45 minuti di distanza dalla struttura. In poche parole mi lasciato fuori dalla struttura senza farmi entrare e in più non mi ha restituito i soldi dicendo a Booking che non mi sono presentato. Da EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE UN LADRO E SENZA BUON SENSO . Lasciare delle persone fuori ci vuole davvero cattiveria.

I’ll start by saying - download Google Maps on your mobile. Even without internet it will work to get you wherever you heading out. + 15 min walk to from Milano Duomo, on the route there plenty of restaurants, cafe, grocery and deli stores. Pharmacy and metro 10-12 min away from apar**ent. The apar**ent was spacious - living room with TV, dining table, chairs and loveseat. Bedrooms are small. Small kitchen with fridge, sink, dishwasher?!, small electric plate for cooking. Spacious shower room with washing machine, and no dryer; toilet and bidet; two sinks. WiFi box for opening the door had a password on the bottom of the device. Working lift to the 4th floor. - you need to have/use internet for opening of the street gate (it’s keyless) and then the door as into the apar**ent was also keyless. Physical Keys were left inside for a further use. No mosquito/ bug screens on the windows. Noise from outside is loud, almost like NYC. The beams in the loft were issue for my tall husband‘ forehead. The place was not the cleanest, cobwebs in the corners, dead bugs on the walls smeared. Be aware to get to lift you have to walk with luggage two flight of stairs. Overall, I would book it again when travel with family of 4 as toilets flushed, water was hot in showers, good mattresses and good location.

Appartamento sito a pochi passi dalla Stazione Centrale, e dalle stazioni metro M2 (150mt) e M3 (500mt) pertanto comodissimo per visitare la città! Il personale in servizio durante il nostro soggiorno è stato molto gentile e disponibile a rispondere alle nostre esigenze! Sebbene gli appartamenti potrebbero necessitare di qualche rinnovo ed accorgimento in più, sono risultati comodi e sufficientemente puliti. Molto Consigliato per chi vuole visitare comodamente la città senza troppe pretese, ma con costi decisamente onesti rispetto alla media del luogo!!
