I have been in better hotels of same range, poor quality breakfast and barely minimum cleanliness. In my room the water tap was glue with a lot of silicon. I believe a renovation is needed or a more fair price. Parking nearby is impossibile, be prepared to pay for hotel parking if available.

We were there for 4 days, the first two days the refrigerator did not work, there were problems with the air conditioner on hot days 33 degrees Celsius. Only after two days they moved us to another room

A basic business hotel in Milano's outskirts, but you can do much better. The girl in reception in the afternoon was rude and impolite from the moment I didn’t speak Italian (something quite common in a hotel, I assume). She gave me no information at all, and I had to found myself the lovely room where she placed me. And it was at the end of a corridor, just facing the building works behind the hotel. Works start at 7:00, so your wake-up service is guaranteed. Especially considering that companies like mine must represent a big part of your business, you can definitely do better. My team would consider other options next time.

I booked a room for the three of us a month before arriving at the hotel. When we got to the room, I saw that the bathroom was adapted for the disabled, but none of us was. I went down to the reception to lodge a complaint and ask for a new room. I was told that they don't have other rooms because the hotel is full. It WAS NOT mentioned in the reservation that it is a room for the disabled, nor is it in the pictures. I'm really angry! If that had been mentioned to me, of course I would not have taken the room. Breakfast was solid, I found parking in front of the hotel, so I didn't pay for it. The lobby is nicely decorated. You nedd more shelf in bathroom. I picked this hotel because of 4 stars. Sorry you are far of them.

Stayed here for work, the staff were very friendly and checkin and out was easy. The breakfast was great, can recommend the waffle maker. Bedroom was clean and a decent size, needed a little bit of maintenance here and there but nothing that caused me any issues. Air conditioning didn't appear to work but it wasn't too hot or cold and the window opened for fresh air. A good hotel for the price

My complaint is regarding air conditioner, which did not work properly. Very old system. Outside above 35 degrees , the room was at 26.4- 27 degrees. Reception told us to wait 45 minutes to get some fresh air in the room. Then in the morning the temperature went up again. This deprived quality of sleep. Not ok for a hotel.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water at the hotel. It was quite challenging to take a shower.
Fortunately, the staff was extremely understanding and compensate it with a discount.
