四年前我住過該酒店，印象不錯
這次發生變化
1.早餐前台小姐沒有工作狀態，在酒店高管來之前，早餐廳 4.5 個人聚在一起聊天，收餐盤不及時
2.餐廳供給食物品質也不及當年，作為一萬一晚的酒店是不合格的，與米蘭同等價位酒店比更明顯
3.設備設施老舊，維護沒有跟上
很可惜，是什麼讓一家優秀的酒店變成這樣

An elegant and well run hotel located in the heart of Milan, within easy walking distance to the Duomo and the shopping and entertainment districts. After seeing a couple of rooms we settled on a junior suite with a view of an interior courtyard and we were glad we did. What we sacrificed on view we gained in absolute quiet. The decor is more traditional than many Milan hotels but is quite elegant. We found the service throughout the hotel to be excellent. The concierge and bar staff were particularly helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

As a travel professional who is seasoned in the best of the best, I was incredibly impressed with Palazzo Parigi hotel. From the impeccable service, beautiful design, and amazing overall guest experience, Palazzo Parigi is now on my list of one of the absolute best hotels I have ever visited.

Excellent in every way. Magnificent hotel with large comfortable and quiet room. The property is in perfect condition. We tried the bar, restaurant and spa and each met 5 star standards. Making this hotel among our favorite In Italy was the exceptional and friendly service.

Perfect stay made possible by our decision to book our three nights at this memorable hotel. Five star in every way. Our room was upgraded to a high level with a large and extremely comfortable bed. Sizable bath made it easy for my wife and me. We tried all the amenities including the gorgeous bar and outdoor garden seating. The spa and pool are world class. Most importantly, the service matched everything the hotel offers and was consistently excellent throughout our stay.

I was absolutely surprised by the poor service offered by the staff in this 5* hotel. We get into our room late at night due to a flight delay and we found the bedsheets stained. Being late we decide to endure it for one night and raise it in the morning. Moreover, one of the sockets next to the desk did not work, so we had to alternate our devices to charge. The next morning I raise the bedsheets issue at the reception and they immediately send someone to change them: however, the service staff enters into our room without any regard whatsoever of the people in the room and I literally find myself in underwear with the cleaning lady, who carries on unbothered (!!). All of this and we had to pay full price, with no discount at all. Great service for ~€1,500 per night: never again.
