Everything about this stay was wonderful, from start to finish. I found the hotel to be exemplified by refined luxury, meaning it has everything required to be considered a true luxury hotel, but it did not feel stuffy and seems like a place that a family can enjoy as much as my wife and I did as a couple without kids. From check-in with Julia, to housekeeping and meals at The Cupola, everything was superb. I felt truly valued as a Globalist and appreciate that my SUA was applied and found the Park Junior Suite to be among the nicest rooms we've ever stayed in. I also appreciated the birthday treat of dessert and a bottle of Prosecco. In an unobtrusive way, all of our needs were anticipated. Beyond the service, there really isn't a better location in Milan, with the hotel being adjacent to the Galleria and only a few steps from the Duomo. Thank you for making everything perfect!

This was the last hotel of our honeymoon. It was a beautiful hotel, in a prime location, that was enhanced by the personable staff. Prior to our stay we sent messages to the hotel to inform them of the occasion and we truly appreciated their quick responses in preparing us for our stay. From Guilherme informing us that the hotel was doing some suite renovations to Laetitia stepping in in his absence to ensure that we had a great stay before we arrived. It was truly appreciated. We were checked-in by Maria and she acknowledged my hotel status. I could tell that this staff was going to exemplify the standard that I've come to appreciate from Park Hyatt properties and was not disappointed. This property is centrally located in Milan and within steps of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the Duomo. The area exudes luxury, business, and cosmopolitan commerce. We enjoyed the proximity to the Duomo because on one day that we had a tour break our group took lunch by the Duomo and my wife and I were able to recharge in our room. Laetitia from the Guest Experience team was very welcoming, and it was nice to put a face to the name from the email. She explained the amenities of the hotel and gave us a brief tour prior to taking us to our room. The elegance of the hotel carries to the room and although it was not a suite the room was sweet. We loved the marble bathroom, the bathtub, bathtub and rain showers, and the high ceilings. We were sent a bottle of Prosecco, a note, and a sweet treat to celebrate the occasion of our stay. We slept well in the comfortable beds during out stay. The breakfast and dinner were delicious at La Cupola. The breakfast buffet was of high-quality food, and it was served from 7AM to 11AM daily. The natural light that of the glass dome gave the dining experience a unique charm. The service of the staff was top notch and very attentive. Although we didn't eat at their Pellico 3 Milano restaurant we were intrigued by the gastronomic fine dining option and would be interested in experiencing it for a future trip. On our last night we went to the Aqvam Spa and got massages from Jennifer and Alessandra. They were both great and the spa was very nice, relaxing, and we needed it after all of our escapades in Italy. Prior to our massages my wife and I relaxed in their jacuzzi until our appointment was ready. I went to their very nice gym earlier in the day and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and most importantly for me, had high enough ceilings for me to jump rope. I'm very long-winded with this review and it's because we had such a wonderful time staying at the hotel and interacting with the staff. Nicola the Head Concierge and Ryoto were both very helpful and personable. When my wife and I needed suggestions or directions they provided us with great recommendations, and we enjoyed our conversations with them. There are countless examples of the staff being pleasant and leaving us with memories that I appreciate as I write this.

It was our first time to Milan and we absolutely loved everything about Park Hyatt Milan. It was not your typical Hyatt (corporate hotel) but more luxurious and intimate in a perfect location right next door to the Galleria. It was newly renovated so we loved staying here and will definitely be back. Concierge did an outstanding job with restaurant recommendations as well.

Everything was perfect! Our mini-suite was more than adequate. It was evident cleanliness was a priority for the staff. Breakfast was especially good with a lot of variety. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us so we walked to dinner and tours.

We stayed at the Park Hyatt Milan June 8-10, 2024. This was on the back end of a week-long trip to Lugano, Switzerland. If you have read other of my reviews, then you know that we travel the world and do mostly high-end luxury hotels and dining. The Park Hyatt Milano EXCELS. It is not only the best Park Hyatt that we have stayed in (hotel appearance and service even better than Park Hyatt Dubai) but one of the best hotels we have EVER stayed in. The only downsides, in my opinion, are the food offerings and the hotel location. The food and beverage options at the Park Hyatt Milano are just average. Not bad enough to ignore but not memorable. The service and hotel ambiance are what are memorable, and they are so good that they kept bringing us back to the hotel to eat .... to just be there. The location may be perfect for some....it is in Duomo square, which is probably the busiest and most touristy part of Milan. And I mean BUSY. Tons of people right out the door.... thousands! If that is your scene, and you want to be walking distance from everything and right in the middle of it all, then the location is perfect. We don't like it quite so busy, and our perfect location would probably be within a mile of that but not right in it, so this is very subjective. The service at EVERY level was outstanding. From arrival to departure to everyone you encounter. A special shout out to Guilherme Penedo who gave us special attention throughout the trip and is a truly gifted, and special, front desk Park Hyatt employee. I expect that during our future travels we will encounter him again as a general manager of a Park Hyatt someday. Overall, if we visit Milan again then the Park Hyatt Milano is where we want to stay. The service, cleanliness and ambiance stand above even other similar hotels. Because of the rarity of such combination, we would stay here regardless of the perceived drawbacks.

This review is only about the Aqvam Spa. Wow! This spa experience was awesome. First, the facility is really cool and unusual. The massage room felt like an ancient bath room. It had more of a Turkish bath feel actually, in a good way. Second, the massage therapist was really very good. She was good with skipping the annoying paper underwear (it just gets in the way of a good massage). And she was really good at listening and working on the areas I needed focus on. Third, I highly recommend this spa!

The undisclosed fee for a small pet was €100 for a one night stay. Very shocking to find this at check in, since it was not provided ahead of time on the website or app.
