The hotel was terrible. The aircon did not work for 6nights that I stayed there. The room is very old and feels stuffy. The appliances in the toilet are old and almost falling off. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They provide you with a fan since the aircon does not work. Absolutely unacceptable.
The staff was nice and polite. They understood the problem and agreed to the issue but could only apologise for the inconvenience. I do not blame them for the poor management of the hotel. The pictures are completely deceiving from the reality of the room. I would never stay there again and would recommend it to my worst enemy.

Отель новый, очень хороший.
Очень приятный персонал, удобная классная кровать, чайник, чай, кофе в номере.
Расположение прекрасное - до центра минут 7-10 пешком, рядом есть магазин.
Отдельное спасибо отелю на приятный сюрприз с шариками и десерт на день рождение 🩷

房間很乾凈，早餐是自助的、都是西式早餐，麪包之類的，黃油煎雞蛋很不錯！就是為啥給的房間跟預訂的房間不一樣？給的沒有陽台的房間、但是圖片有。

Rooms are micro and You don't have space for your baggage. To do coffe dificult.Rooms and bath dark.Brekfrest si bassic and need changes. Elevators olds and slows. Angela y Sofía very Nice persons. The bar needs seats and variety. To high price for what You get.

Staff great A/C horrible has to moved within 3 hours. Still waiting for a full refund which I paid once I checking. 🤬🤬🤬the room was acceptable very clean . But the hotel A/C system the worse I had seen in my life. Like I mentioned before staff 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty , nothing worked no AC in 80 degree weather !! Horrible!!!!! Room extremely small , breakfast is a joke . For $460 a night it was a rip off . Would not recommend to a lying . Stay away . The only good thing I can stay is the staff was friendly , but unfortunately couldn’t help work anything

This was so comfortable and friendly. Best breakfast anywhere. The bed was extremely comfortable. The record players in the room was a wonderful surprise as was the rotary phone. Loved the feel of the place and the employees were so nice and friendly.
