I was very happy to find such nice place like this in good location in Milan the only thing is that there is no any sign of the smart hotel no name on the door who is booking through agency and have no contact it will be big problem specially if you come after 18.00 hours or week end as the door is closed But In spite of that the stay was good and they can get really 5 stars

Bathroom was not well lit, shower leaked causing wood floor buckling. Overall size and comfort was good. Accommodated holding luggage after checkout. Staff very nice.

Overall a pleasant one night stay. Room was very spacious with a nice bed. Great location. Good service from staff. One complaint was that the room had a bit of an unpleasant musky odor. The shower was very nice, but the temperature control was broken leaving it only scalding hot.

******* did a horrible job communicating to the hotel what room type I booked. I booked king size bed and sofa bed for 2 adults and 1 child 17. When we arrived I was given a room that didn’t look like any pictures that was on *******. The room is very old and has queen and a single sofa. The toilet seat kept moving around. The manager was nice but not much he could have done to fix the problem with the type of the room ******* communicated to him. The place is conveniently located it’s not a hotel is more like a room in a private building. You have to be quite everywhere and not even to roll our suitcases on the ground. We were there with friends and couldn’t stay in the courtyard to talk we had to go inside. My husband was waiting for us just outside of the room and he was asked to leave outside of the courtyard or inside. Crazy rules. Huge problem with mosquitoes that were in the room somehow as well. Pillows not comfortable and the bed was so close to the wall when I was getting up in the night I hit the wall with my feet and I am short. ******* we definitely need to have a conversation about miss advertising this place

Did not enjoy our stay… We couldn’t wait to get out of that place… Milan is a beautiful city, find a real hotel.

It’s a bit of a weird room, almost like a luxurious hostel room—one big square with a very tall ceiling and pretty blue/brown/cream marble tile. It’s on the ground floor or below ground floor, so it’s lower than the sidewalk outside. It’s a room in a compound of apartment units. The entrance to this complex is through a short wooden door, which made me fell like a hobbit. Lol. The shower was clean, big, and amazing—biggest shower we had on our entire Italy trip through 4 cities. Hans was very helpful & responsive.

Overnight stay in Milan. Perfect location to all the main attractions. Safe for family. Clean. It’s perfect for a quick overnight. Do not recommend for longer that 1 day. Feels a bit closed in. Staff was friendly. For price a good stay.

Very nice comfortable spacious room, good hot water pressure , nice location on small street off the busy roads but walking distance to attractions ..great breakfast place very close at the end of the road ..staff very nice, accommodating to us

This place is terrible. Its located in a dark street, we felt so unsafe we didnt even get out of the car. Noone to help you, if you bring a familybwith children beware. You have to lug all your belongings yourself, there is no parking, or even a place to park and unload. We drove away, me and my family, we felt very unsafe, the person that answered the phone was very rude. Skip this place, not worth it
