We had a medical issue while on a cruise and requested cancelation as soon as we was back at port and the management refused cancelation or refund.

The room was decent, and it’s only 5 minutes drive away from the airport. The continental breakfast was great, didn’t expect it to be that good (there were waffles, bagels, boiled eggs, toasts, cereals, and fresh fruit).

the green space behind with all the cats was relaxing sadly between the trains planes ambulances and fire trucks it just became this odd soundscape that eventually put me to sleep- to my surprise inside the room it was barely noticeable. just all the noisy people in the hall way
not like the weak lock batteries trying 10 - 15 times with the key card before it opens is too much
change the batteries upgrade your locks
also nasty other peoples hair in the shower and the desk was sticky
fridge microwave unstable and shaky as F

Property is old and the carpet is smelly. No business center, not even 1 computer and a printer for guest to use. Noisy property next door.

Wasnt impressed by the hotel at all. Our stay was made worse by the fact the receptionist used a dodgy taxi who charged us $40 for a trip that should have only cost $16 to $20

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was ok but had only a few options. Water pressure was awful in the shower. We found lots of food truck within walkind distance and they were sooo good. Overall, good value for this room. Really close to the airport.
