โรงแรมใกล้ Museo Banco de Méxicoในเม็กซิโกซิตี้

เป็นครั้งที่ 3 ที่โรงแรมนั้นเราจะพักที่นั่นตลอดเพราะราคาค่อนข้างยุติธรรมทําเลที่ตั้งก็เยี่ยมมากอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถบัสหลักย่านใจกลางเมืองและแหล่งท่องเที่ยวหลักๆ สิ่งที่ชอบมากที่สุดของโรงแรมนี้คือพนักงานอยากพูดถึงJavier และ Juan Carlos เพราะอยู่ระหว่าง reception, bellboys และ butler พวกเขาให้ความช่วยเหลือตลอด Stephany จากแผนกต้อนรับใจดีและกระตือรือร้นมากๆ เดาว่าเค้ามีพนักงานตัวสั้นๆ กับฝ่ายทําความสะอาด เนื่องจากคนดูแลกําลังทําหน้าที่ของตัวเอง1 อะไรง่ายๆ จากการเอากาแฟไปส่งที่ห้องหรือแม้แต่เป็นbellboy แค่หวังว่าเค้าจะให้เพิ่มให้สําหรับทําอย่างอื่น ๆ เรย์มอนด์และฟลอเรนติโน่ กําลังช่วยเราอยู่ และเราขอขอบคุณพวกเขา ใช้เวลาในการทําเช่นนั้น ก็คงให้คะแนนเรื่องนี้ค่อนข้างดีแต่เรามีการหลอกลวงที่เราไม่เคยมีมาก่อนในโรงแรมนี้1 ห้องแรกของเราไม่เคยทําความสะอาดหรืออะไรสักอย่างเมื่อเรากลับมาพักเขาเปลี่ยนเราไปอีกห้องนึงซึ่งเราขอขอบคุณแต่แม่บ้านทําความสะอาดต้องอยู่บน จุด รายละเอียด พื้นฐาน และรายชื่อของพวกเขา จะต้องเป็นอันดับแรกเสมอ อีกทั้งในคืนวันที่ 17 มีบางอย่างเกิดขึ้นว่าแขกคนอื่นแค่ส่งเสียงดังมากเกินไปจน1 เนื่องจากเราตื่นมาหลายครั้งแล้วไม่สามารถพักได้2 หากคุณอ่านเอกสารที่ลงนามส่วนหนึ่งของกฎและนโยบายคือขอให้เคารพผู้อื่น เวลากลางคืน พวกเขาต้องทํางานหนัก องคนรักษาความปลอดภัย ซึ่งทํางานได้มากเมื่อเทียบกับปกติ 1 ก็แค่บ้า เขาใจดีช่วยเราย้ายไปมา และหวังว่าบริษัทรักษาความปลอดภัยซึ่งเค้าทํางานให้เห็นชั่วโมงการทํางานที่ดีที่เค้าจัดให้ โรงแรมนี้ จากที่ไปพักไม่มีอะไรต้องติ ประสบการณ์โดยรวมก็ดี น่าจะเยี่ยมยอด ขอบคุณอีกครั้งนะคะ หวังว่าจะได้แวะมาอีกเร็วๆ นี้!

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

Excelente servicio por parte de todo el Staff del hotel, la recepcionista muy atenta y en todo momento dando los detalles sobre nuestro alojamiento, el desayuno incluido muy rico y sobre todo el trato del Sr. Armando que fue excelente en todo momento, muy amable, atento y servicial, gracias a personas cómo él, hacen la estancia muy amena, recomiendo muchísimo Hotel City Express La Villa!

Love it - the hotel is close to the metro a few stops away from the central square. Rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. Even so it is next to big road the sound proofing is good and you can sleep well. Room service is great too. No doubt I pick it again, if I come to CDMX.

The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.

The place has a wonderful internal garden space. The representatives Mrs Margarita as well as Ms Yocelin always managed to take best cares of guests. The location inside is quite suitable to a relaxing stay.
