Service was horrible. First day we arrived, there was no hot water in the entire building. Service staff at front desk were rude and very unprofessional. Avoid staying at this hotel.

Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful.
Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost.
Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing.
Overall a nice experience.

如果是商務差，santa fe這個區域相對來説還是偏遠了點
酒店環境和房間OK
對於亞洲人來説，早餐一般，是在隔壁酒店一起吃
最無語的是，一共住兩晚，第二晚房間WiFi一直沒網絡，前台給的解決方案是，不知道啥時候修好，建議去旁邊酒店的大堂蹭網🫠🙄😂

這個酒店離市區太遠，價格偏貴，性價比不高，樓下酒吧太吵，酒店預訂了不可以提前退訂，大家慎重，唯一的優點是前台服務人員，態度好
