Отель расположен на самом краю полуострова, в дали от городских развлечений. Ехать от аэропорта от часа до 2 (в зависимости от пробок). В отеле есть все: начиная от фитнеса, заканчивая футбольным полем. Теннис, настольный теннис, бильярд, пляжный волейбол, детская площадка - все это бесплатные развлечения. Плюс на территории еще есть боулинг, спа, магазины и много другое. Питание шикарное, голодным не останешься. Особенно понравились блюда на гриле - мясо и дорада. Вечером в ресторане играет живая музыка, далее представления и дискотека до 24:00. Все номера выходят в сторону моря. Единственный минус - это лифты, их маловато и иногда приходится долго ждать.

Hotel looks great. Staff are amazing but a few things could be improved upon. Flow In the dining room could be better. A bit disjointed. Food ok. Kids entertainment, mini disco a big thumbs down, 25 minutes. Shows fair but not great. Our a la carte experience was the worst ever. Mexican, just adding a tortilla doesn't make it Mexican. Sizzler platters are meant to be hot so food sizzles on them! Food was cold and poor quality again only saving grace was staff but even they couldn't rescue this. Salads were awful and how do you mess them up. Do not bother. Unfortunately does not live up to the brochure and no wonder it has been downgraded by jet 2

We were recommended this hotel and we wouldn’t hesitate you recommended it to others. It’s pretty perfect. The AI offering is excellent - popcorn and candy floss at the shows, kayaking, branded drinks, kids festival, foam party, entertainment throughout the day etc The staff are so friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Serkan at the pool bar. The entertainment team were fabulous, another shout out for Sevgi who was fun, fabulous with the kids and energetic. Ali hosted well and got to know people making them feel welcome and valued. The food was varied and decent. We found the Italian a la carte restaurant to be very good (unlike other AI hotels we’ve been to). Our only gripes were the intermittent and unreliable wifi (download any programmes before you come). Also our room was a double bed roomed one. It was excellent for storage and space but the air con was poor - we had to resort to leaving it on all day which isn’t ideal. Also, the kids bedroom was the first room I.e. next to the door to the corridor and also had the (v small) balcony off it. We have older kids so not a problem for us but not great if you have smaller kids. The slides and pools catered for all. The hotel occupancy fluctuated from one third to two thirds but it always felt quiet and there’s was an abundance of choice of sunbeds - all with brollies. The views are amazing. Would certainly consider returning.

Recently returned from a family holiday at the Kefaluka Hotel and found the experience to be very mixed. In terms of positives, the pool facilities were decent for children of different ages with a shallow pool for toddlers to play in, a splash park also suitable for younger children and deeper pools and water slides for older children. The temperature of the outdoor pools was also fine overall, although they are not heated. The view from our hotel room was beautiful and the proximity to the beach which included a jetty with plenty of sun loungers and activities such as kayaks was good. The traditional Turkish snack bar beside the beach was excellent- they offered fresh gozleme pancakes with various fillings that were delicious. Unfortunately despite the standards of the hotel grounds being as hoped for overall, the quality of our room did not match this. Upon arrival, we noted a broken swing chair which my child scraped their leg on, a broken bed frame, a broken screen separating our balcony from our neighbour, peeling wallpaper, a hole in the wall poorly patched up and cigarette burns in the curtains. When I raised these points with the guest manager, in what is classed as a five star establishment, his attitude and customer service was absolutely appalling. His answer was to point out that if I would like a newer or better standard of room, I should pay to go to a newer or better hotel. I reminded the manager that I had paid a significant amount to stay at this hotel, he simply maintained I should expect the rooms to be tired because the hotel was of a certain age. His next solution was to offer an alternative smaller room that was also very tired. Despite assurances he would remove the broken chair and address the other concerns possible, no attempt was made to do so. In addition to our disappointment with the quality if our room, allocated a la carte nights changed during our stay meaning one of the restaurants was no longer available to us. The member of staff handling guest relations also explained she was unable to book my parents, who were staying at the hotel at the same time as myself and my family of four, in to the same a la carte on our chosen night as she was requirdd to reserve a particular number of spaces for the manager or important guests in case they wished to dine in these. When we went to our chosen restaurant, without my parents, there were three tables still available. The buffet offered some nice options at times however on the whole, the food lacked variety and was often cold. Items like bread and pastries were often stale and hard. The evening entertainment was good at times following this, an adult disco ran every night until midnight and the volume of this was very loud and could be heard very clearly from our room. Overall, whilst there were aspects of the hotel we enjoyed, having weighed the negatives against the positives, this isn't an establishment we would return to. We're taking the guest manage

Great hotel. Sevgi was amazing! got me and the children up dancing. zumba and yoga . great fun for kids! animation team and mini disco great. evening entertainment fab still warm and food lovely. pool and water slides kept kids entertained all day with fantastic splash park and ice cream variety for free!!!

İt was the worst experience we have had as a family. The staff attitude was unacceptable they had no politeness or respect towards quests. Althought we went with very high hopes unfortunetly it has been a huge dissapointment. Will not recommend to anyone this disrespectfull unpolite hotel. My 7 year old son was scared from the attitude of staff
