My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Even tho I booked it for the wrong day. It was very stressful . But thank God for Corey who went above and beyond to help us. Room was very clean and quiet which is everything we needed.

Never had heard of Sleep Inn so was a little leary of the stay. I was very impressed with my room, it was comfortable and clean. They serve continental breakfast every morning which was pretty good. There is a diner next door and within walking distance is Walmart and a couple restaurants. Across the street is the Superstition Springs mall for more shopping. Also location was good. Did not see any questionable people lurking around. I would definitely use this hotel again.

酒店前台系統極其落後，前台服務員也很古板守舊，看了訂單號，看了🆔，看了我訂的酒店的名字，可還是説，我或許走錯了酒店。後來才知道是他們系統問題，沒有顯示我的訂單。耽誤了半個小時的時間、酒店乾淨整潔，就是通風不太好，一股黴味兒、洗手間很小。床也特別軟，體驗感不好。

The rooms floor was filthy, the dresser, etc weren’t level so the drawers opened by themselves and the refrigerator froze everything, the toilet seat needs tightened, there were no extra chairs. Overall, very disappointed!

I didn’t like anything other than the TV at this property- front desk lady is rude, room old, smelly and dated.
I would not stay here again.

Stay was ok. Expensive. Rate is overpriced especially for a couple of reasons...
1. Old
2. Seems they tried to fit as many rooms as possible in the building...so the rooms are tiny...especially for a family of 4. 2 beds.
3. Breakfast was ok..not the best tasting.
4. No gym
5. Only 1 elevator..old.
Location was good..convenient and seemed safe. A lot of restaurants nearby...this hotel is literally in the mall.
Great water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Pool was heated and comfy.
Staff was ok...not the friendliest.
We also needed towels...had to wait for the guy at the front desk to finish his cigarette.

I have stayed at this property many times. Staff is always nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Will stay again!

Lovely stay - everything was as expected and comfortable. Staff are awesome and room was updated and clean. Breakfast was good and coffee hot. Great value - I will be back when I’m in Mesa.
