Pretty good overall. Nice room with air conditioning Very good service, very good facilities especially the sauna (nude) and the excellent food Particularly recommended the roof top spa area which was deserted when we were there

Top class hotel a few minutes walk from downtown Merano. We only stayed 3 nights but we have already decided to come back next year. Everything was top : location, welcome, staff, room, food, swimming pool, saunas, park, rest areas ... and a lot of small details that make your stay unforgettable.

Fantastic hhotel with extremely kind and friendly personal and service. The rooms in the mainhouse are great and very welcoming. We had half-board and enjoyed both the good italian food and the extensive winelist. All served by very professional staff in a five-star surrounding. And the SPA is a chapter for itself….

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. I slept so well. The pool and the spa are spectacular. The rooftop jacuzzi has beautiful views of the mountains. The breakfasts are exquisite and there are plenty of cooked to order items as well as delicious pastries. The evening meals are also very good and plentiful. The meat dishes were a particular highlight with beef fillet and venison on offer. The service was excellent with requests dealt with immediately. The hotel is also situated well for the town of Merano.

Il lusso in famiglia. Grazie a Sissi, Florian e Philipp. Un'oasi verde nel cuore di Merano. Ottima cucina, camera 5 stelle e una spa dove il relax é assicurato. Anche gli amici a 4 zampe sono i benvenuti e possono contare su un'area privata dove sgambettare sull'erba.

Ottimo hotel a pochi minuti dal centro di Merano. Tranquillo. Cucina eccellente. Camere molto confortevoli e pulizia impeccabile. Un hotel 5 stelle a conduzione familiare con alta un’attenzione al cliente.

Sono stati tre giorni di coccole e di meraviglie. Sissi, Florian, Philipp e Tecla sono padroni di casa unici. Ci torneremo sempre. Siamo stati benissimo. Stanze accoglienti, cucina divina (carne, pesce e dolci fatti in casa). spa con personale gentile e professionale.

Un hotel che ti abbraccia nel relax assoluto, nel bellissimo e curato parco e nella spa ; che ti coccola anche a tavola con dei menù deliziosi…….che dire? una sorpresa ! una bellissima scoperta a Merano a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro! Ho soggiornato in una junior suite vista parco, spaziosa e con una bella vista! camera pulita ……forse unico neo , aria condizionata un po’ rumorosa! Sicuramente ci tornerò!
