I waited nearly 10 min for someone to show up at the desk to check me in. No note, no bell and when someone showed up, no apology. Then he couldn’t find my ******* reservation so showed him my confirmation. The staff member seemed irritated and inconvenienced that I was there.

An additional $100 fee was added to initial bill that wasn’t mentioned on my original receipt. I was assured it would be taken off but it took 2 days. Free shuttle to airport was very nice too.

The room was spacious, modern, quiet, and clean. There were many choices for breakfast. The hot items were quite good. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. We slept very soundly. Our only complaint is that the coffee in the morning was watery and only lukewarm.

Such a nice hotel with a great breakfast and a first class restaurant. I loved the outdoor area with the fire pit. The room was spacious and clean. We will be back!

Quick and easy check in. Did not use pool or gym but looked clean and reasonable. Breakfast buffet was pretty good with a nice variety.

Really nice hotel, but not a very positive experience at the morning breakfast. Attendant was quite rude and frustrated by her morning. I get the frustration at times, but channel it and not display to customers.

From the time of arrival to checkout, staff was pleasant and helpful. The beds are comfortable with soft and firm pillows on beds. Highly recommend!
