ABIT disappointed with the toilet, there is no door for the shower area. The water will split out when shower.
So far overall is ok..

It's clean when we check in but there were no housekeeping due to short of manpower. Front office staffs are very helpful and polite whom had make us understand their tight manpower constraints. We accept their apology and make us feel as comfortable as possible.

The location waa perfect for family trip. But if hotel can provide a connecting room is far better becoz can accomodate a bigger number of family members.
Room and bathroom were very clean.

Melaka Grand Floral Hotel's location is the main selling point. There are many restaurants and food outlets nearby with D'Paradise Foodcourt less than five minutes from hotel. Hotel's rooms are good in size, comfortable and clean with lifts eccess to high level floors. Parking is free and plenty. Hotel staff friendly and responsive. Will want to stay again at this hotel in my next trip to Melaka.

To my surprise the room was quite comfortable. It doesn't have the weird smell. What I liked the most was their mattress. A/c working find and showers are hot and strong enough. Car parks are abundant. You can park right in front of their property. Location wise, it's pretty close to everywhere.

I wish the aircond can improve in terms of cooling as it seems lack of servicing.
Carpark area especially along side lane shall improve the ground with tar as currently in bad conditions, sandy and uneven difficulty for carry the luggage with roller.
Also, the nearer Carpark lot suppose priority to hotel guests rather than hotel staff, always convenient to your guests not your staff!
I wish the hotel shall provide disposable slipper for hygiene reasons.

除了工作人員態度nice，酒店衹是農家樂的標準，離雞腸街等景點較遠。希望攜程重新審核一下酒店星級，不推薦。

My first time staying in this hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Parking around the hotel is free and lots of food around the area. The room is very bright and has a long table suitable for working. The front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly too. However, there is no facility like swimming pool or gym. Nevertheless, I would still stay here again.
