ห้องพักกว้างมาก มีวิวที่สามารถมองเห็นเมืองมะละกาได้เลย ร้านอาหารและสถานที่เดินเที่ยวอยู่รอบๆโรงแรม

Enjoy a 3D 2N stay with breakfast included. Would like to compliment the hotel receptionists are prompt and friendly.
The bell boy, car jockey and security officer all performs efficient services towards guests. Their F&B staffs also very well codinating even on a busy Sunday morning for breakfast.
Love this hotel for everything. Very convenient accessible to all famous spots by walking distance 5-10 mins.

2nd times staying in this hotel. Like the room, which is clean and big. Very comfortable. Location is not near to shopping area, but there are shore shopping within the hotel. Room included breakfast, have a lot of variety for breakfast.
Will stay in this hotel again if the price is good when I go malacca again.
The only setback is the sound proof is not good enough, can hear next door snoring at night.
I booked 2 rooms, but we do not get to stay side by side.

I forgot this is my how many times stay at Swiss Garden Hotel. Love it’s everything so much!! Swiss Garden Hotel always be my first choice when go to Melaka.

非常好的一次入住體驗，酒店就在馬六甲河邊，走路15分鐘左右可以到荷蘭紅屋雞場街等熱鬧的場所。房間很大，帶有大陽台，洗手間還配有大浴缸。早餐在3A樓，品種齊全。因為我們的火車時間比較晚，因此退房當天申請晚1個小時退房，酒店很爽快的答應了。總之，物有所值，非常推薦。

酒店服務一般,設施一般, 食物一般,在酒店出外附近旅遊景點相當方便,但浴室比較多毛菌清潔一般酒店設施比較舊.

剛到酒店check in時房咭不能開啟房間門，重設房咭後仍不能開門，只能要求酒店職員更換房間，職員很不情願地更換房間，沒有主動解決及處理問題，只要求客人不斷嘗試使用壞的門咭開啟房門。進入酒店房間後發現有煙味，牆身種了一顆蘑菇，廁所鏡子生銹。酒店是包括早餐，想去食早餐是要排隊的等了約20分鐘，進去餐廳後想食個煎蛋🍳，不好意思還是要排隊的。這是我住過最差的4星級酒店，不敢再去了。

However, I experienced issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which the hotel staff attributed to the high occupancy and the consequent strain on the service from excessive users.
