The sole redeeming feature of this hotel was the comfort of the bed. However, it significantly fell short of expectations in other crucial aspects. Contrary to the map's suggestion of a 5km distance, the actual distance to Masjid e Nabawi by taxi is approximately 16km, making it inconvenient for those visiting for religious purposes. Additionally, the breakfast selection was disappointingly sp****. Given these considerations, I cannot recommend this hotel to individuals visiting for religious activities, as the location and amenities may not adequately meet their needs.

Reception do not speak English. We forgot something in hotel and called back and no one wants to answer our questions. Please call us to talk in English.

Had to request house keeping for every single day I was present on the site (5days) all of which was ignored and only had the room cleaned once i checked out.
The garbage in my room piled up, was out of tissue and toilet paper.
The staff at the front desk was also very unresponsive... every time I approached the responses were very dismissive and felt that I was putting them at an inconvenience.

I loved staying at this hotel. Such a fancy hotel, with nice staff and there’s a mosque adjacent to the hotel. However, it’s one hour and a half away from Haram. Something you must consider unless you have a car or an Uber app. I’d definitely come back and stay here.
