The good: friendly, caring staff:-) and the room was fairly up to date. The bad: it's a larger hotel, things are run down and don't seem to get regular maintenance and cleaning. Breakfast was minimal and I question the age of the jelly and honey. I don't think the funds are there to waste anything but some things demand freshness.

We paid double price for a poolside room and the pool wasnt even filled. The hot tub was the only thing there and it was full the while time. Will never book here agaun!

Pool and hot tub were closed. What used to be a great breakfast turned into only cereal and juice. Found hairs in the shower. Overall condition of the building, falling apart and dirty. Place has gone way down hill over the years. Would not recommend.

property is easy to find but is in rough shape. Pool and Hot tube was closed and drained. attached biulding looks like its unsafe in multiple ways. rooms at first glance but once your in them you see issues. we had dead bugs in the window. the curtain was pulled off. the bath tube had a sticker like backing on the corner of the tub floor. there was food or somthing on the side of the bed skirt. the coffee brewer was covered in scale in the water intake. dirty towel was in with the clean towels. hair tangled in the blow dryer. one thing ill give them is the bed was soft and comfortable. probably will not stay there again.

Get the hot tub! This was a great place to stay on our trip. The two rooms with two TV's would have made it great for families or someone wanting to split the cost. We were very comfy and enjoyed having the hot tub, especially since the pool and hot tub were closed. I would have been much more disappointed without it. Truth is I wouldn't have gotten out of my private hot tub to use the indoor pool anyway. I'm marking this place for next time.

No pool or hot tub. No breakfast. The lobby wasn’t even open in then morning to check out. My sheets would be considered “clean -ish”. Covered in hair and the shower didn’t drain at all

Booked double queen room but only double beds were left. Breakfast staff was nice and had fresh eggs and sausage to order. There was no air conditioning, front desk said nonenof the units worked. Windows didnt open so room was very hot.

We had a room with a door to the outside. To use the hot tub/ pool, you had walk outside. No pool towels so was very cold going back to room. Tub wouldn't drain. Toilet made a weird noise when flushed. Thermastat didn't work well; we were either really hot or too cold with a small adjustment. Breakfast was minimal, with cereal, yogurt, toast, and Belgian waffles. Our room wasn't overly dirty, but definitely not spotless. I would not recommend.

Nobody was at the frint desk when we tried to chexk out, so we had to write down the room number and name, and take photo and call evidence that we were there.
