"I had never stayed at a hotel in this chain before, but I really enjoyed it! The room was comfortable, clean, with a great view, and very nice! The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly! I booked it to go to the León Fair, and the location was perfect because it's right across the street! I didn't try the hotel food since I was practically at the fair! But I would definitely stay there again!"

"The staff were very attentive and friendly, as always. The facilities were very clean and the location was excellent. However, there were two issues: one of the three elevators was out of order. On Saturday, check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but because there was an event and I assume the hotel was fully booked, we waited in line for over 40 minutes just to get our rooms, as there were only two people at the front desk. Both of these situations could have been prevented. It seems like they've either cut down on staff or perhaps they don't value queueing theory studies. I hope they return to their usual concern for quality service."
