The Grand Hotel Robertson

This was a great experience. The food was the best we had in a long time. The service was excellent and the staff was so friendly. The attention to detail is next level. This is an icon in Robertson that Mandy and Trevor had the vision to not only restore but take it to the next level.Will definitely come back .

WOW! The revamp of the hotel is spectacular! The entire hotel is modern and gives such an inviting feeling! The food was also delicious! I had the salmon bagel and that was divine!

5 Star accommodation. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the decor is top notch. The newly renovated Hotel offer you everything you need. Outstanding service from the moment we made our reservation, until check out. The hotel and restaurant staff is friendly and service was excellent. The new owners are involved and hands on. Went to lunch on Thursday at the newly renovated Grand Hotel. Sat on the veranda by the pool and had a very pleasant lunch. My wife had a carpaccio salad and I had the rotisserie chicken with roast potatoes. Both delicious. Extensive local wine list. We had a very good Rietvallei Chenin Blanc. And the prices were very reasonable. Will go again.

But what really sets The Grand Hotel apart is its focus on the region's wines, and then offering unique wine experiences tailored to each guest's room choice. My partner and I opted for the Excelsior room for our two-night stay, and we were treated to an unforgettable experience. Not only did we receive a complimentary trip in an authentic London taxi to Excelsior Wine Estate, but we were also greeted with a complimentary bottle of Excelsior wine upon arrival. It was truly amazing! If that wasn't enough, we were spoiled at every meal from breakfast to dinner with some exquisite food that we could enjoy right downstairs at their on-site restaurant. Charming, New, and simply brilliant! The Grand Hotel - I will be back!
