I’ve stayed here twice and both times I was just as impressed. It is definitely worth the money for the location and is a lot safer than some other conveniently located cheaper hotels! Loved the breakfast.

This hotel did not have hot water and the water pressure was so low that the shower did not work. The pool was also ice cold. The temp invthe room could not be adjusted and was unbarably hot.

Everything was super fast and pleasant. Room was very clean, halls and hotel were also clean. We took the airport shuttle at 5am, driver was nice and helpful. Everything was on time (we did not wait for a late rider) and drop off was smooth.

I am truly grateful for Kk our shuttle driver. He was very courteous and respectful. Especially this morning it was frigid and he made sure that we got to the airport safely.

The hotel & staff were great and the shuttle was on time (4:30a.m.), but there had been a winter storm (snow) earlier in the week and the sidewalk in the FRONT of the hotel has not been touched and were able & ice covered. A fair bit of the parking lot was also icy. This was unsafe for walking, let alone carrying bags.

The front desk clerks were great. Breakfast was ok. I slept well enough and the room was clean and kept. I had no issues with this stay.

The stay was great I just wish we weren't so close to the pet rooms. And a better selection of alcohol at the bar would be nice.

The staff was very helpful. Lobby had a pleasant atmosphere, Room was Clean and beds were comfortable. I loved the shuttle to the airport being available at such an early hour.

We needed a hotel near the airport for an early morning flight. This hotel was great and the staff helpful. We used the airport shuttle and they did a good job. The only negative thing was that I made my reservation here because there was supposed to be a restaurant onsite. When we arrived, we found out that it was closed on Sunday and Monday night. I probably would have booked at another hotel. We walked a couple hotels away in the dark to another hotel's restaurant. We called our hotel for a ride back but wouldn't come for us so we found a way to cut across parking lots and grassy areas back. But everything else was wonderful.
