They let me and my family walk. Cancelled my booking 3 hours before check-in time, even though I asked them a week ago to confirm the booking. They lied about my credit card not working, but 5 other hotels in Quebec had no issues with it. Besides in the ******* the receipt shows "pay at the desk". They even failed to apologize to say nothing about helping to assist with an alternative solution. The experience was terrible! They left us stranded in Matane. They deserve to be sued for moral damages, as the only reason for cancelling our booking that comes to my mind is likely of discriminatory nature. Their staff is rude and unprofessional.
