Really quiet ( on the river side at least) beautiful setting, not too far to down-town. staff very helpful

They let me and my family walk. Cancelled my booking 3 hours before check-in time, even though I asked them a week ago to confirm the booking. They lied about my credit card not working, but 5 other hotels in Quebec had no issues with it. Besides in the ******* the receipt shows "pay at the desk". They even failed to apologize to say nothing about helping to assist with an alternative solution. The experience was terrible! They left us stranded in Matane. They deserve to be sued for moral damages, as the only reason for cancelling our booking that comes to my mind is likely of discriminatory nature. Their staff is rude and unprofessional.

Great little spot to stay, would have given it 5 stars, but the walls are pretty thin, can really heat the neighbors and road noise. Used a white noise app on my phone to drown everything out.

We stayed for 2 nights and the only complaint was the weather.... Not great beach weather but a beautiful spot regardless! We were in a renovated room, very nicely decorated! Would definitely go back!!

We stayed in What look like a newly remodeled room. It was very clean and tidy as well as the facilities in the washroom were like new. I really had a comfortable sleep and I loved my soak in the top.. It would be great if they had some air conditioning, but they did have a huge fan which worked very, very well.
A restaurant would also be an added bonus.

Sitting outside was lovely watching the sun set.
However the room we got was half hidden by another building and it was very hot with no air circulation. Pillows were very thick and hard.
Not worth the price we paid.
