Overall, excellent. very professional and respectful treatment from staff. Staff is very well trained. Massage Spa should open longer hours for those who travel on business and return late back to the hotel.(After 5pm)

We enjoyed our stay at the Avani Hotel. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the main lobby area / bar was nicely designed and a comfortable place to spend an evening. We had unfortunate weather when we were here so we did spend quite a bit of time indoors. I took advantage of the spa and had a massage one day which was lovely. The food was just ok. Enough options at breakfast but the evening meal could have been improved. We ended up eating out for the other nights.

Great customer focus, great wifi, scrumptious breakfast with plentiful variety on offer, great security, spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Ample parking space in the extended parking lot with security. Great views of Maseru from the room's balcony.

Great Service. Clean comfortable environment. The food was good. A special thank you to the restaurant, buffet, and housekeeping stuff for helping us feel welcome. You all were especially kind to our daughter. Thank you. Great areas for kids to play outside. Good food, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was included in our stay.

If you get the right room (view, but much more importantly exposure to not properly working ventilation system) and don't expect more than average quality of food, you can have a good stay.

I genuinely enjoyed the Stay it has this Medieval kind of vibe which is really cool but their wifi is Slow and their TV's can't access Netflix. Their food is just not great I can make better and they have like the same Menu for everyday I was their for 6 days and I didn't Enjoy the food for all 6 days also you can't order takeout like tf...
