La estancia ha sido fantastica, ya que estabamos de trabajo y la ubicación es excelente, cerca de muchos sitios de interés..y la atención del perosnal exquisita..
el único pero es que el bar estaba abierto hasta las 14:00 horas.., pero en general muy bien..

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms very modern. Great staff, very friendly and eager to help. There was some unexpected construction nearby and they were very gracious in addressing the matter. Thankfully the construction was brief and we would definitely go back. Great neighborhood near excellent restaurants and shopping.

Just right. The situation was perfect for us; quiet neighbourhood yet accessible to everywhere in the city, walking or by tube. Commuter station nearby providing easy access to airport. Room, bed, bedding and breakfasts all A1. All the staff were lovely and helpful. We had a problem with the shower which once reported was repaired straight away. Very nice atmosphere in the hotel - not stuffy but very efficient. We would recommend without reserve.

Great hotel and great staff. The room is everything a travel could ask for--the bed is large and comfy, the rainfall shower head is a godsend after a long day of exploring Madrid, the towels are large and fluffy, free water, and all the bathroom amenities and accessories are available for free. What's more, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and put up with my muy malo español with aplomb. Though seriously, they all speak English very well. The location is great--smack in the middle of the city and so many restaurants within walking distance, including a Michelin-recognized one. Just a few blocks from the high-end shopping area. Breakfast is tasty too and the restaurant is nice. When I'm back in Madrid, I will definitely come back to The Pavilions Madrid.

Wonderful stay in this boutique hotel in a quiet area near the Salamanca neighborhood. It all looks pretty new with thoughtful decor. Very comfortable and modern room. We didn’t hear any noise whatsoever, so had a good sleep until late. Breakfast is a highlight. It’s open until noon which was a good surprise. And it’s superb - freshly cooked, great ingredients. Had a cappuccino, fresh juice, cake with cream, muesli yoghurt, toast with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon and an espresso. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance, most of the in the Salamanca area. Recommended!
