My wife and I recently had the immense pleasure of staying at Villa Coluccia, a beautifully renovated family home that conserves the authentic architecture of Salento. Nestled within a well-maintained garden, the villa offered a serene escape from our daily routine, providing a perfect base for exploring this charming region​1​. Despite its meticulous renovation, the villa still maintains all the distinctive attributes of Salento architecture, blending the old with the new in perfect harmony. Our accommodations were clean, airy, and meticulously maintained. We were particularly impressed with the daily room cleaning and the hotel-like amenities that were provided, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The shared kitchen, ideal for preparing light dinners, added to the homely ambiance of the place​1​. The extraordinary hospitality provided by our host, Mariangela, was a defining aspect of our stay. As a trained guide passionate about the Salento region, her warm and friendly approach significantly enhanced the homely a**osphere of Villa Coluccia. She offered invaluable recommendations for local excursions and points of interest, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable​1​. Mariangela's commi**ent to sustainability and local produce was a standout feature of our stay. The breakfasts, lovingly prepared by her and her mother, were a celebration of homegrown and locally sourced ingredients. Homemade bread and jams, made from fruits grown on the property, along with locally sourced cheeses and hams made each morning a culinary delight. The added touch of different breakfasts each day made every morning a unique experience​1​. Despite its rural setting, the location of Villa Coluccia was conveniently close to Martano, making it an excellent base for exploring the surroundings. However, having a car is recommended for easy access to local shops and sights​​. Our stay at Villa Coluccia was marked by tranquility, cleanliness, and an impressive attention to detail. Every aspect of the property and service reflected Mariangela's love for the region and commi**ent to sustainable living​​. We had a truly wonderful experience at Villa Coluccia and eagerly look forward to our return​.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa bella struttura che conserva il fascino dei vecchi tempi e i comfort moderni che consentono di staccare dalla routine giornaliera, immergendosi in un'altra epoca, senza rinunciare a tutte le nostre comodità. Tutt'intorno il verde della campagna salentina "bagnata" dal sole abbacinante. La proprietaria è molto cordiale e non dimenticheremo facilmente le sue colazioni a base di prodotti tipici locali conditi di sorrisi e gentilezza, in un ambiente accogliente e curato nei minimi particolari.

Difficile de trouver le lieu, pas de pancarte, totalement perdu. Les photos sont très anciennes et ne reflètent pas la réalité. Tout de même les petits déjeuners sont variés et réalisés avec soin.
