Pleasant atmosphere. The camp is located close to Marrakesh. It is constructed with respect to the environment but it is pricy and all supplementary activities also extremely expensive. Even lunch or dinner the Menu does not change, but the musicians appeared during dinner time made a good impression

Well first experience was amazing but, unfortunately when you back after your stay and you are no longer a guest they have no interest in you… Over priced & food came out twice wrong. They speak great English until they know they have done wrong and will tell you they don’t speak English

My stay at your hotel was an absolute dream come true! The scenery was stunning, the rooms were gorgeous, and the décor was simply to die for. I'm still struggling to find the words to describe how amazing it all was. It's hands down the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in, and the staff was even better! Everyone, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff, was so friendly and helpful. Mohamed, the bartender, Lahcen, my tour guide, the girl from reception, and my waiter in the restaurant (I don't know their names) were the icing on the cake. They went above and beyond to make sure I had an unforgettable stay, and they succeeded beyond my wildest dreams. I'm so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. All hotels should learn from you guys! You've set the bar for hospitality excellence, and I'm so glad I had the chance to experience it firsthand. Thank you for creating an experience that I'll cherish forever.

Pretty, well decorated premises with some kind staff members — but awfully slow and at times unprofessional service, not at all in line with the price we paid: requests got regularly forgotten, payment already made was requested twice, waiting 20 minutes before getting offered the menu at breakfast, meeting irritation by some staff members, etc. Two anecdotes: we had to pay extra (premium price!) to get one bottle of water in order to brush our teeth in our room (remember: this is the Agafay desert…) and we had to ask many times to get some light outside at our lodge (we finally got it on the second night). We would have not been too picky about all this if price was more reasonable and whole thing not over-marketed as a luxury, eco-like lodge experience. It felt a bit like a rip-off… This said, food was delicious (cudos to the chef!) and the place definitively has lots of charm and potential.

Caravan by Habitas is a great vacation destination if you want to experience luxury hospitality in the Agafay Desert. Upon booking our stay, my girlfriend and I were contacted via WhatsApp with a confirmation including additional details ahead of our stay. We requested pickup from the Marrakech train station, and our driver, Redouane, arrived promptly in a clean SUV (with bottled water!). He was very polite throughout the trip to and from the site. The entire staff, including Samah the manager, Muhammad the bartender, and Hircham the waiter, were extremely polite and spoke great English. It was so great being able to have a real conversation beyond "Hello", "Thank you", and "Goodbye." I'm forgetting the names of other staff, but truly they were all so kind and helpful. The tents/rooms were comfortable, clean, modern, and well kept. The food was outstanding, we enjoyed the traditional Moroccan fare. We loved taking the camel ride, swimming in both pools, and walking to see the garden and live animals. Everyone during our stay was hospitable and friendly. Definitely worth the money. One suggestion- it would be helpful if Habitas provided clarity on the tipping policy. It was unclear whether we should tip or not since all food, activities, etc are charged to your room. We tipped in cash, but would be great to have transparency on how much to tip, what to tip for, etc. We intend to stay at other Habitas locations for future vacations- cannot be more happy with our stay at the Agafay Desert location!

Beautiful experience and escape. Under the stars the atmosphere and setting is amazing. Service is spot on and the food is absolutely delicious. This is a very unique experience and would highly recommend for anyone. Families, couples, or just a solo travel.

A magnificent venue in a magical location. Excellent service, facilties, and restaurant! The views are breathtaking and mesmerising.

We spent a night here for my husbands 40th birthday. It was a real escape from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. The staff (especially the lovely Dina!) helped us organise a desert hike (with a couple of us on horseback) to a nearby village for an authentic berber family lunch which was wonderful. The entire camp is beautiful and rather luxurious amidst the beautiful landscape. Delicious cocktails, memorable experiences, comfortable beds. We were welcomed warmly and would definitely return!

Overall we had an enjoyable experience at Habitas. The check-in process was a bit chaotic on a busy Saturday, unfortunately we missed out on the welcome drinks and ritual! However, the natural beauty of the surroundings, including desert vistas and the Atlas Mountains, was awe-inspiring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, although we didn't receive the expected welcome ritual. There was an issue with running water in our tents, but the staff promptly addressed it. The on-site facilities were well-maintained, and communal areas like the pool and lounge were great for relaxation. Despite a few shortcomings, Habitas Caravan Agafay offered a memorable and rejuvenating escape in a stunning setting. PS: I recommend walking down the road to rent the 4-wheel ATV/ quad biking tour (you’ll get a better deal)
