Beyond Excellent Riad- the service, the staff, the location, the setting, the scent , the rooms… beautiful. The attention to detail, and personalized service added an additional dimension of luxury in this small Riad of 7 rooms. We would definitely come back if ever a trip to Marrakech is in our plans.

Simply put, our stay here was awesome. The Riad is beautiful and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Carine is charming and helped us where needed and thank you to the staff for working on the fire in the sitting room on that chilly night! Also for the refreshing mint tea and pastries - a total pick you up when needed. I honestly can't wait to return with my family and share Idra with them. Thank you to everyone there.

Once again we had a very nice time at Riad Idra. The location in the center of the city is perfect, the staff very friendly and attentive. The rooms are quiet and very well equipped. We had a wonderful night's sleep. A highlight is the rich breakfast on the roof terrace. Many thanks to the whole team. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

What a fabulous Riad. Lovely rooms and the staff was great and so helpful. Clean and comfortable and located in the perfect spot. We would highly recommend this Riad. The breakfast is served in the upstairs rooftop and so lovely. Best place for photos especially on a sunny morning.

As a boutique hotel, the physical accommodations met our expectations. That said, the customer service exceeded our expectations. Ms. Karine and her staff went above and beyond to make us feel most welcome and taken care of, including a very sweet “birthday welcome” in our room for my wife, as well as recommendations for activities outside of the Medina market area. Breakfast each morning was delightful and location allowed for a good walking vacation. A good value and great customer service

A truly lovely experience. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. We were upgraded to a suite. A beautiful oasis in the midst of the Medina. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, cleanliness and hospitality. We initially considered staying at one of the resorts but I now appreciate the value of choosing a boutique hotel in the heart of the city.

What a beautiful riad—authentically decorated and very well appointed and maintained. Delicious breakfast, too! Karine and her staff are friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. I would recommend highly for your stay in Marrakech!

Riad Idra was amazing for our Honeymoon in Morocco. Right in the heart of the old city and steps away from the souks. The staff was amazing and made our stay special from the nice surprise in our room for our honeymoon to the amazing breakfasts which were included. The staff was super helpful arranging day trips and providing recommendations on places to go and see while in Marrakech.

Extremely impressive. This Riad (hotel) is arguably one of the most quaint, peaceful and beautiful places I have stayed. The complementary roof top breakfast with Tajine eggs, exceptional service and comfortable furnishings is a daily must. The staff is kind, responsive and professional - the GM Karine s pleasure to deal with and treats every guest need with urgency and care. Really can't say enough nice things about this Idra.
