It was a beautiful scenery and the aatff was amazing. My room was very nice, until i started seeing long hair here and there, when I dont have long hair. Maybe the floor wasn't swept good. Other than that I slept well and the room was nice.

I honestly was disappointed about this stay. The hotel room needed to be serviced. Our AC wasn’t working properly so the room stayed pretty warm in the night. The mini fridge did not work so we couldn’t keep our food in there. The bathtub looked a little dirty and it had paint chippings all over it.
We also wanted to use the pool and spa, that didn’t work out. The spa was yellow and the pool itself was cloudy. They both needed to be cleaned so we just went back to the room. And lastly, my phone was stolen when I went to the lobby to buy a coffee at the front desk. I set it down to pay and walked to the parking lot, when I noticed I turned around and went back it was gone. A lady at the front was trying to help me by using the “find my iPhone” but by that time they turned it off. So overall with the hotel condition itself and that experience with my phone I wouldn’t return.

I truly love staying in Hilton properties this was the second time at this location, but this time the room had a very musty odor that was very overwhelming and we were in the room for three days without having it cleaned once no fresh towels or anything.

We arrived 2:30. Did not get checked in until 5pm.
We were 3rd in line. 1hr before anyone told us what was going on. 1st computer. Then key card machine. Last excuse rooms not clean. Finally after 2.5hrs we got a room after I called Hilton Honors and told them manager would not come and speak to us. Then a room became available. People were sent to rooms that were already occupied. Worried during night that someone would come in our room. As people were checking in at 11pm. I would like to inquire about a refund. This was a terrible nightmare . We were late to our event despite arriving ahead of time
I have never had such terrible service.

Better than expected. The complimentary drinks were much appreciated and the restaurant food selection was great. The room was very clean and the sliding doors to separate the space was a great added touch.
