I stayed at Pension Aduar in May 2024, and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Located right in the heart of Marbella, in the picturesque old town, Pension Aduar provides an incredibly beautiful setting perfect for walks both during the day and in the evening. The sea is very close by, which is a huge plus for beach lovers. The location in the old town creates a special atmosphere, immersing guests in authentic Spanish charm. Walking through the narrow streets and enjoying the architecture brought me great joy. The hotel staff deserves special praise. They are true professionals who clearly love and care for the hotel with all their hearts. Their friendliness and willingness to help in any situation made my stay even more comfortable. Although it was still too cold for me to swim in the sea in May, so I plan to return this summer. The hotel provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. Pension Aduar is the perfect place for those who want to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Marbella's old town and enjoy the proximity to the sea. The friendly and professional staff makes staying here truly enjoyable. I look forward to my next visit!

I really wanted to love this hotel due to the reviews. And there are some aspects I really enjoyed. The staff was phenomenal - very friendly and always willing to help. I love a good boutique hotel, so I was excited to find this one, which is centrally located in Marbella. Close to the beach with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The hotel is a bit outdated. The rooms and bathrooms could use a good restoration, but they made a great effort to decorate nicely, which I appreciated. The dealbreaker for me was that our rooms had ants. And not 1 or 2 ants. There were many ants on the floor. This made out stay VERY uncomfortable. The staff gave us bug spray, so we were able to spray that, but then we had to let the small rooms air out before we went back into the rooms. The spray helped some, but it did not fully get rid of the ants. The staff also re-mopped the floor. They were so helpful and did all they could to try to rectify the problem, but we lived with those ants for 2 days, and I was very unhappy, uncomfortable, and disappointed. There were no other rooms to put us in and we prepaid for our rooms, so if we left for another hotel, we would have been losing a lot of money. Again, the staff was kind and did as much as they could to help, but no one wants to sleep with bugs on the floor. I would not return to this hotel due to that reason, unfortunately and would not recommend.

We only stayed one night which is a shame as we would have liked to have stayed longer, the lady on reception (don't blink or you will miss it has to be the smallest we have ever seen) is wonderful so friendly and welcoming the room was very clean and had a modern feel to it very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom the hotel is right in the centre of oldtown the door to reception could easily be mistaken for the door of a house but oldtown is beautiful a photographers dream with narrow winding streets. we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to anyone.

Hyper bien placé, aux pieds des remparts de la vieille ville tout en étant au calme et près d'un parc magnifique ou l'on trouve souvent de la place pour stationner, l'hôtel est correct, propre et basique, mais d'un excellent rapport qualité prix, si vous réglez en direct au comptoir... Personnel trés agréable, petit déjeuner très correct, je recommande, j'y retourne pour son tarif, son emplacement et la beauté de la région.

ผผู้เข้าพักPaid for club premium suite as per the picture on their website. Four poster bed, lovely terrace for our wedding anniversary. What we got was no four poster bed, the smallest terrace I have ever seen. You practically have to climb on the table to get to the chair it is that small. In fact the superior rooms which are not suites have bigger terraces / balconies. When we complained we were promised a suite change to the 4th floor (bigger suites) on our 2nd day. We told the hotel we would be out for the day and not back until 9:30pm. They told us the room would be available. When we got back to the hotel they had given it to someone else, no apology, just “nothing we can do as not available”. Appalling customer service. Club premium suites are not the same as the pictures on their website and as they vary in size. The website is very misleading and this suite is not as advertised. Suites also give you the use of a “premium” pool which only has 8 sun loungers (not enough) and is certainly not “premium” by any standard. We are still here for another 3 days but would not recommend this hotel, they are very disorganised and the customer service requires significant improvement. Pictures attached for comparison.

My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel on September 1st and September 2nd. And our experience was way better than we expected. Among all the hotels in the area, this is one of the most affordable ones, and yet, they have the quality of service that most of the luxury hotels have. First, they have a parking lot, next to the hotel and it's pretty affordable per day. The hotel location is excellent, next to one of their main avenues and a few blocks away from the beach. Customer Service employees at the front desk were always nice and helpful, especially, Mr. Beltran. Regarding it's cleanliness, no complaint at all, the room was super clean and we enjoyed our stay.

ผผู้เข้าพักThis is a pretty basic hotel, and the decor will not be to everyone's taste! However, the bed was comfortable, the room was large, there was a small balcony and there was bottled water. It was fine for a two-night stay in order to come and meet friends. The towels were pretty basic and I was slightly perplexed as to why there was only one chair on the outside patio of Room 206. There's also an interconnecting door in Room 206, which is probably useful for families but less useful in terms of hearing everything that's said in the next-door room. There is a restaurant next to the hotel (which we didn't try but looked fine, and was open for breakfast). We did try Masala Indian Restaurant one night, but it's not a place I need to go back to. The Carrefour supermarket is a ten-minute walk, as is the beach. The receptionist, Belina, was delightful.
