We were travelling as a couple. This hotel is geared up for big groups. We were booked in the main hotel but accommodated in the Ariae across the road which meant we had to walk across for breakfast - not a huge deal but not great. The Ariae has no facilities and our room was small and dingy. There was no shower gel, the hair dryer did not work, the shower tray was dirty, the balcony has no furniture on it and was next to a building site. The breakfast was dismal too with limited choice and was descimated by 7.30 because of the large groups that were in. The staff were friendly and there is plenty of free car parking. After 9 nights of amazing hotels this was such a shame.

Ho prenotato delle camere per gli ospiti del battesimo di mia figlia che abbiamo festeggiato presso il ristorante del Palace...e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Tutti si sono complimentati per la bellezza della location, la pulizia delle camere e l'ottima colazione a buffet che li ha deliziati prima del banchetto. Non è la prima volta che scegliamo l'Alihotels per i nostri eventi speciali...e come si suol dire, "si torna sempre dove si è stati bene"! Grazie a Luca per l'accoglienza e a tutto lo staff per le continue coccole! Alla prossima ❤️

Albergo pulito, dotato di garage coperto, elegante. Siamo stati con mio marito per Pasqua quattro giorni in pensione completa e ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Personale sempre disponibile. Un particolare grazie al personale di sala che ha soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste di cambiamento menu causa allergie.

Hotel molto bello al centro di San Giovanni Rotondo, comodissimo sia per visitare i luoghi dedicati a Padre Pio che i paesi limitrofi. Personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima, colazione eccezionale. Parcheggio interno gratuito.

Soggiorno fantastico! Abbiamo prenotato con un gruppo di persone e ci siamo sentiti a casa.Personale alla reception e al ristorante molto accogliente,hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Camere pulitissime,saremmo stati altri giorni in più. Ritorneremo sicuramente!
