The staff at the Westin city centre was amazing, nice, and attentive. Rooms always cleaned and the cleaning staff were kind and wonderful to speak with. Would definitely recommend a stay here in Bahrain!

Very nice hotel. Heat gym and spa. Staff very friendly and Azizul allways make up a room Perfect. Best option in Bahrain in general. I travel here a few times every month and the connection to the mall makes ot a very good choice. Pool area is also nice and calm.

Very clean, quite hotel with big spacious rooms good for families with kids or a group. One step away from the mall. Food is delicious tried the breakfast in the restaurant very reasonable prices. Pool area was spacious. Housekeeping lady Vivian was so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the stay

I was a lone traveler, and the staff here made me feel like family. Im telling you that the staff here has a zeal, they are something very special. They are hardworking, dedicated and courteous, and always polite. Im not sure where Marriott is finding there people, but these people are from Heaven above. They go above and beyond to make sure you are acknowledged and served well. I would to especially point out the staff that works in the lobby restaurant FURN. What outstanding management, chefs, waiters, and waitresses. Wish I would have gotten more photos with the staff. Mostly just the food.

The breakfast service makes you feel well attended at all times and there are so many varieties of foods to pick from that in two weeks I haven't eaten the same thing twice. The room looks spotless and spacious with a beautiful waterfront view. The best thing about the location is going shopping at the City Center Mall which is connected to the Westin and it gives you access to all the restaurants, shops, and grocery store without having to get in your car to get there. I still have two more weeks to go and I'm impressed of the professionalism everyone at the Hotel treats you with. I will recommend the Westin to everyone wanting to enjoy their time all in one area.

This time we had our Easter break and the service is great as usual. The lounge in the 10th floor is a great place to have some peaceful time through out the day. The service is excellent and the staff & the Chef are fantastic. Thank you Hamraz, Ashiq, Solange, Sheila and Chef Pramod for your hospitality.

The Westin hotel in Bahrain is perfect for family due the location next to City Center Bahrain mall, great hospitality and clean rooms and I like the lobby area. Excellent service and food and I would like to thank Chef Pramod for his great hospitality.

My husband and myself was staying in this month. Staffs are amazing. Let me tell my cute story. We have one teddy bear which we put on our bed and went outside. When we came back , not only the housekeeper cleaned the room, when she saw a teddy bear, she made a nice towel art beside the teddy bear means that the bear got a new friend. We were overwhelmed with the gesture and it made our day. Thanks to Alice and team, creative housekeeping staffs. Front office staffs were also helpful and tried to accommodate the needs of our stay. Obviously seems that staffs are in good hands and kudos to the management who train them well.
