Amazing location. Room was clean and comfortable. Good air con and small balcony with nice sea view. Self catering: most kitchen appliances available including a microwave but could have had a kettle to make it better, however not too much of an issue as we boiled water in the pan Comfortable beds and very friendly cleaners and staff. Gave us more towels when we asked To check in it said to go to another hotel Playa Mar “a few metres away” but it was a 15 minute walk away about 0.85km. In the heat with luggage wasn’t the best but would be better if that was made clearer on the sign at the entrance :) Checking out was a lot simpler, staff are only there in the morning and we were offered a lift to the other hotel to hold our luggage to enjoy the rest of the afternoon before the bus to the airport. I think it would be better to display WiFi in welcome information in the rooms, as we had to find ourselves which was on a QR code on the walls Overall really pleasant stay for our first time in S’Illot!

We arrived quite late and the email I was sent told me to collect the keys from hotel Playamar 1.1 km away. Keys are actually collected from hotel Pinomar round the corner. Good job we had a car! The superior room had no water and we were told maintenance would look at it in the morning but we were not offered any bottled water. Maintenance woke us up at 9am and proceeded to run the tap which had started again. The pressure was never great and the final day, the water came out brown. The freezer compartment needed defrosting, there was no bottle opener even though most of the wines sold locally have corks, and it would have been nice to have salt and pepper provided. Shampoo and shower gel is provided along with an electric juice squeezer for the abundance of oranges locally. There are too many seats on the terrace taking up space, and the base for the parasol was too flimsy to use. The lift stopped working for the last two days of our stay making the shallow steps a chore. Having said all that, the hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The room was spacious enough but not as big as the website photos suggest. It is well placed away from the more touristy side and is close to Cala Morlanda cove for snorkelling and swimming with the locals. Not quite 'all fur coat and no knickers' but the décor suggests something more than it actually is. Could do better but it was nice enough and didn't spoil our holiday.

El apartamento está muy bien para dos personas, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de relax, lo recomendaria a otros familiares y amigos. Además, se encuentra a escasos metros de la playa y tambien de una bonita cala. Si tuviera que decir un defecto seria que nuestra habitación se encontraba a pie de calle y por tanto se escuchaba todo lo que sucedia, a pesar de ello es una calle muy tranquila y con poco tráfico.

Opción ideal para dos personas, con posibilidad de cocinar, nevera, menaje, habitación espaciosa y bonita, muy bien ubicada a pie de playa sin duda de lo mejor del viaje, además la recepción y la limpieza amables y agradables, no encontramos ningún desperfecto ni problema.

Por fin llegan tus ansiadas vacaciones y vas a pasar unos días a un apartamento ideal en Mallorca. Pero llegas y cual es la primera sorpresa?? ese no era el apartamento que habías alquilado ya que no tenía el balconcito imprescindible en verano. Por no tener no tenía ni una ventana en condiciones ya que estaba tapada con unas rejillas que no dejaban entrar la luz natural. Pero no dejas que eso te frene dejas las cosas y vas a la playa. Al volver comienza el show, el baño (sin ventana obviamente) olía a humedad. Vas a dormir y según te tumbas reservas hora con el masajista que vas a necesitar a la vuelta. A la mañana siguiente oyes unos ruidos a las 8 que piensas ¿me habré equivocado y he contratado servicios de despertador? Pero no, el apartamento tiene al lado uno almacén que hacen uso de el todas las mañanas. En resumen la única equivocación ha sido reservar ese estudio al que no volvería ni aunque me pagaran. Terminó mis vacaciones con una sensación de engaño y que nos han timado. Creo que se necesitan unas condiciones mínimas, personalmente me daría vergüenza alquilar es
