In the hamlet Canè with 7 houses, in the district Valle di Blenio, 20 m from the edge of the forest, in a cul-de-sac, in the woods. Private: natural state property 450 m2. Patio, terrace. Narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, bakery 8 km, railway station "Biasca SBB-FFC" 16 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, cable car 8 km. Nearby attractions: Molino di Dandrio, Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Mercato di Bellinzona (sabato), Negrentino, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Archivio Donetta, Castello di Serravalle. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Luzone, Lago Retico, Lago Ritom, Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano. The house is well furnished and has everything you need. You have a suitable retreat and can quickly reach the hiking area. If you want to eat out, allow for a journey of around 15 minutes. I only give it a good rating because we couldn't heat with wood d

We really enjoyed the week with our 3 dogs in the fall. Unfortunately, the sun only comes to you at 1 a.m. and until 4 a.m. at the house. But when you go hiking, it's sunny. Very friendly and uncomplicated.

The accommodation is quiet and beautiful and has everything you need. It should be noted that there are very few hours of sunshine in this location in autumn. It had a bland aftertaste that only a started toilet roll was available and this in such a remot

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Rustico Ginetta war sehr erholsam. Wir und unsere beiden Hunde haben die Auszeit sehr genossen. Wir hatten leider am ersten Abend einen totalen Stromausfall und da es Wochenende war, war niemand von der Geschäftsstelle Malva
