Asiatic Hotel

This is Hotel 3. The hotel is located in the city. It is easy to access. There is a free and safe parking lot downstairs. There is a 7elen next to it, which is convenient for shopping. There is also food nearby. The bed is comfortable and I have stayed here several times. However, this time I found that the carpet was a little bit It's dirty and the toilet is not very clean either. I hope the hotel can improve its cleaning.

If i visit Malacca i always choose Asiatic hotel but for this time this is my first & last at Asiatic Hotel. I booked hotel on 7 August 23 - 8 August 23 ( 1 night ) & i reach hotel around 6pm something After check-in i got ask about the time extend so the (night receptionist) told me that i can extend till 3pm but must inform earlier to the (morning staff )receptionist. Then the next day morning i went out for sightseeing then 12.30pm i received a call from receptionist (morning staff) she asked me “what time you want to checkout ?” then i told her “no i cannot checkout RN because i at outside just help me to extend 2 hours for me “ then she said ok . so my checkout time is 2clock but unfortunately due heavy rain & traffic jam i reach Hotel at exactly 2pm then i straight to reception & let the staff knw that i want to extend 1 hour because i just reach the hotel … so here the problem started 🤦🏼♀️😑 I don’t want to mention the receptionist name but if you cannot put a smile on your face or you cannot handle the customers please don’t work as a receptionist . Im not booking hotel for free & i willing to pay money to extend the time . Reason why i write the review here because the way ur staff (morning shift ) behaved toward me make me extremely angry & disappointed 😑 1) morning staff receptionist unfriendly & very rude 2) she never smiled at all & keep her face fiercely ( thought she always like that but not she can smile & welcoming other customers very well but not to me & my family) 3) keep on murmuring badly after I request to extend the time 4) Treat me like i stay at Asiatic for free of charge 5) after she agreed to extend 1 hour i was again get back to reception n waited for 10 min because the hotel room key card not working Then 3pm i checkout there’s another staff was there then i asked her the morning shift staff name She replied “ kenapa ? Untuk apa u nak nama dia ‘ Then i said no she was very rude ….. she replied “ ye la dia ada beritahu i tadi korang buat hal kan tak beritahu nk extend kan ? With rude voice Then i let her knw the whole story & then she reply “ oh u dah beritahu ke sorry cik maybe salah faham next time this thing wont happen & then she let me knw the morning staff name . But this not first time last time also happen to my family she was very rude but we never bother that time . I never request for ur apologies but teach your staff how to be calm n behaved towards customers. Thanks.

A small establishment that offer the basic amenities and running a little old. As it’s near the road junction, can get pretty noisy during peak hours. Check in and out was swift.

This is my second time stayed in this hotel. So far everything is good. Staff are really firendly. Room was okay and comfortable.

Pleasant reception service, spacious room with standard facilities in the room. The hotel is just next door the the nice restaurant (Richimond) that opens daily at 10.30am till night. 7Eleven is just next to the restaurant. Easy access to the town using Grab as the parking is very limited and horrible jam hence, do use Grab as is more convenience. However during midnight it was very noisy as those 'mat rempits' do their racing right infront of the hotel (mainroad). We can even hear 'car racing'. Overall the hotel was nice and will definitely come again to stay there for my next visit in Melaka.

hotel terbaik bersih kmas dalaman oun cantik dan selesa seperti vip room king deluxe rasenye.dan bagus pade staf tidak mengambil tahu hal orang lain hehe.layanan staf pun lembut sahaje terbaik asiatic hotel

very nice hotel... but its noise as the hotel room facing the main road
