I had a nightmare staying in this hotel. I won’t recommend this hotel for safety reasons. Leaking water on theceiling.. our room was filled with water . I woke up and saw water on the floor. The floor water was so slippery. It took them then the entire morning just to fix it and told me the rest was just balance water. They also didn’t clean my room despite that I personally went down and told them how dirty the room. The Indian or malt uncle told me that he will ask the housekeeping to go and clean but when I get back they room was still dirty and gave me an excuse that I should have told myself the housekeeping to clean the room. Please don’t believe what ever they say. Please run away from this hotel. Urgently I packed my things and leave this hotel . Bedsheets and linens were dirty and stained . Flush in toilet bowl is not working well. It will be a waste a big waste if you stay here.

All okay. Check in and out very convenient. Hotel room is huge also

Location quite ok, customer service ok, the bed is ok. Only bathroom cleanliness need to be improved.

Love the room, view and bathtub. Will come back again.

Good experience stay here, clean room, comfy bed and I got view Kg Morten. So mesmerizing with lights during the night and so warm during the day. Management put efforts to guest needs when I requested for iron & refill of shower gel in the morning. However, they took some time to respond in whatsapp. TV, kettle, hairdryer & mini fridge functioned. They also have swimming pool and mini gym for guests.

Very disappointed. We use one hour for check in, 4pm reached 5pm only so for the process. Parking not included, have to park in opposite hotel. Deposit only accepted bank transfer, their staff informed deposit refund within 5-7 working days. But after 8days still not received yet, they informed have to wait another 11-14 working days for the bank to proceed it after I WhatsApp and asked for it. Actually room is ok, only the agent service very poor. However, I will not come back again. Highly not recommend.

toilet got a little weird smell and the floor sticky. others than that，all good

Spacious and Reasonable Room and easy going location. Simple amenities provided in room. Will be back again

Really great. No wonder why my bosses recommended this hotel to me if I'm going to Melaka
