It was average services. Room facility was as mention. But staff and waiters are not aware about how to welcoming guests. We have to request at reception about send someone to reach out us at our room. Also not aware that guest luggage put at their room is responsibility of hotel. Luggage were reach at us after 15 minutes at room. And tips also asked by waiter for put luggages at our rooms.

I had an incredible stay at the Marriott hotel! The room was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of travel. What truly stood out was the amazing staff—they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. I couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay!

The hotel is set in a peaceful and secluded place in Madurai. The drive from main entrance to the hotel is about a mile in a small wooded hill through a private drive way. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and offer good views. Since we had sent the car back, we were at a loss to understand how we can move about from this beautiful location. Mr. Ashok, the Accommodations Manager resolved the issue in no time and arranged a car for us to go about our business. The unassuming GM, Mr. Srivastava and the soft spoken Mr. Ashok made sure our stay was most enjoyable through their excellent interactions. The Executive Chef Tapan Sahoo and his team served top notch lunch and dinner every day. We did not expect such a variety of tasteful salads in South India. The main courses were equally tasteful. Mr.Muniswamy took us on a nature walk within the property and explained the various herbs and medicinal plants growing in the hills. Overall, the personal touch of the leadership team made our stay very enjoyable.

We’ve been loyal guests at Amika for the past few years, and one of the main reasons we keep coming back is the exceptional hospitality, especially from Prasannakumar, the Assistant Front Office Manager. During our recent stay, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Prasannakumar’s customer service is truly outstanding. He was incredibly apologetic and responsive to even our minor feedback, ensuring that every concern was addressed immediately. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests made our stay all the more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers such a high standard of service, and we are grateful for his dedication. Thanks to Prasannakumar and the wonderful team at Amika, we always feel welcomed and taken care of. This level of hospitality is exactly why we keep coming back year after year!

If you're looking for comfort, safety, cleanliness and convenience, this will meet your needs. It is quite a basic hotel with friendly but overworked staff - so service is a little inconsistent, especially during the busy breakfast times. We had made several special requests for someone with dietary restrictions and those were not met. Other than that, it was an adequate and pleasant stay. The best thing was having a nice landing area in each floor, where our group could meet and hang out. The water filter in each floor was also a nice touch.

Near and a good place. Town hall and meenakshi amman temple are in walkable distance. Good friendly staff.

พูดถึงโรงแรมนี้จริงๆนะ ไม่ใช่เพราะ MARRIOTT เต็มแล้ว ที่นี่เป็นโรงแรมที่ใกล้ที่สุด อยู่ไม่ได้แล้วจริงๆ โรงแรมเก่า สุขภาพไม่ดี ผ้าเช็ดตัวเหม็นจะตาย เห็นได้ชัดว่าฉันมีห้องคู่และไม่ให้มันกับฉัน ต้องยกให้ซีทริป ฉันมีความแตกต่างของเวลา ฉันไม่สามารถทำได้ตอน 2-3 โมงเช้า ตอนแรกฉันจองห้องคลับ ฉันไม่รู้ว่าสุดท้ายฉันมีชีวิตอยู่หรือไม่ ห้องแบบไหน สรุปว่าไม่ใช่ห้องคลับ

The staff is courteous and warm. Everyone was so nice to us. Arti chaudhary and Ramaraj were so nice to my boy. The Diwali buffet was awesome. I definitely recommend this place if you are planning a visit to Madurai. The rooms are spacious, and the ambiance was so festive for Diwali.
