Rooms were not clean. Room was very small and very hot. My window was looking at closed area, literally no sunshine.
Location of the hotel was amazing, receptionist people were very friendly and helpfull, breakfast was 8 over 10.
Not sure if I will chose this hotel again if I stay in Madrid next time.

Decent hotel for downtown Madrid. Friendly staff. Excellent location, but my room was pretty small (for the price). Also, if you're sensitive to noise, you might reconsider. The walls are quite thin and you can hear lots of movement/chatter/other noise in the hallway. That was a bit bothersome for us.

The heat was too high and since it is a central one they couldn’t lower it! Even with the windows open the room was way too hot!
The rooms are oldish and not really smelling good, had to change the first room given because of the bathroom smell all around the room. Not really worth for the price knowing it is affiliated to Melia (which shouldn’t be).

Clean, but squeaky floors, uncomfortable beds and pillows, a lot of street noise and a pretty buffet… raw bacon, crappy scrambled eggs and poor quality bread. Ham, cheese, yogurt and fruit were okay. Staff was not very friendly.

The hotel is very well located, walkable distance to all the main areas downtown.
Rooms are basic but fine.
Sound from room to room is not too quiet.

It was an amazing location, breakfast was really good, the guest service was amazing. The only few things we didnt like, the walls were thin, you heard everything that is hapenning next to the other things, and one night there were some noisy guets at 3am
