We only stayed here for one night, and were greeted by a nice and friendly staff. The hotel is at a beautiful location. However the whole experience is let down by the poor cleaning and poor state everything was in. Broken tiles everywhere, most of the furniture was broken or very worn, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard, but the air condition worked perfectly and kept the rooms nice and cool. I wish they at least would have fixed all the broken tiles in the pools, as it's very easy to get a cut on them.
There are tons of cats in the area. They are docile and friendly, but there are a lot of them. Be aware if you're allergic or afraid of cats.
The room was a bit filthy, and most kitchen utensils were missing. It's a bit sad, because this hotel has a lot of potential, and could be a real gem with a proper renovation. On the bright side it's very affordable.

Tivemos alguns problemas na estadia, decidimos fazer a reserva em um hotel com piscina por conta dos nossos filhos porém a piscina, estava interditada e não foi limpa a a água turva absurdamente suja, pedimos waffers no café da manhã chegamos as 07:10 e só saiu às 09:00 horas esperamos porque as crianças queriam muito, quarto e acesso com perigo escada com madeiras faltando e próximo a porta do quarto tamb o piso de madeira quebrado, parquinho quebrado com madeiras faltando colocando em risco as crianças! Poderia ter sido menos traumático!
