OYO Newquay Beach Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at the OYO Newquay Beach Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was happy to have been upgraded from a single to a double bed accommodation due to high occupancy. The location is good as it's near the railway station (approx 5 mins) and 2 mins from the sea. I enjoyed the food at the elegant restaurant and found it a friendly service.

Can not fault the hotel excellence service room lovely and clean happy hour in the bar 5-7 breakfast amazing , one thing though no meals in the evening but 10 out of 10 amazing overall staff were all so friendly could not do enough for you

Great hotel, staff are friendly, very helpful and welcoming, rooms are very nice, on the small side but adequate for a nice stay, comfy bed and great shower in the bathroom, nice breakfast, lots of choice and great ingredients, great location, short walk up to the town center, and plenty of bars and restaurants near the hotel, stayed Friday and Saturday and would defo stay again.

I’m walking the SWCP as a solo female hiker and this amazing hotel was a literal oasis , the staff could not of been any more helpful they were incredible , they upgraded my room , they did my laundry out of hours and I will be forever thankful for their hospitality and kindness. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The food was fresh and delicious.it was the best nights sleep I’ve had for a while ❤️ Thankyou

As we wanted to explore Newquay when we arrived, we rang the hotel beforehand to see if we could leave the car at the hotel as we couldn't check in till 3pm. Everything was perfect and all the staff were very accommodating from speaking on the phone regarding the parking to helping with ordering a taxi. The room was an adequate size for what we needed, and the bed was soo comfortable and relaxing. As we had had a large meal the night before, we shared mixed meats with cheese & some poached eggs. Such a stunning hotel & perfect if you want to be close to town & looked after during your stay.

Location: The train station is at a six-minute walking distance from the hotel, the Great Western and Burger King bus stand is a hardly ten-minute walk from the hotel, and the beaches are a quick walk from the hotel. The eateries, shopping complex and many other amenities are located at a close distance from the hotel.   Room: I had booked a single room for two days; the room was well equipped with everything from a television to the kettle with a refreshment tray filled with locally sourced tea bags, coffee and hot chocolate sachets, along cookies. The hairdryer was kept inside the cupboard along with the laundry bags. The towels and bedsheets were washed and cleaned; the pillows were comfortable to sleep on. The room and washroom were cleaned on the second day without me having to inform the reception or put up a cleaning request. The joy of coming back to a clean room was a surprise to me as most hotels in the country follow some other rules regarding room cleaning services. The shower was the best thing about the entire room, it was the most spacious one I had ever experienced from a mid-budget single room. The shampoo and shower gel bottles were refilled the next day, and they were great for my hair and good for my skin. The room had a heater as well as a cooler and I had an amazing view from my room. While booking a solo room, I had limited expectations, but it was amazing to see the way the room was decorated in a manner to accommodate their guest with every facility.   Staff: The staff was polite and sweet, the lady at the reception received me with a warm smile that rejuvenated my spirits after a tiring journey. The other staff were extremely helpful and as a solo traveller, I felt safe and welcomed in the place. As a foreign traveller, I find myself crippled with unnecessary fears, but the behaviour of people often provides me a haven for me. I am so happy with the choice of staying at this hotel and honestly, I cannot wait to return for the summer.   The hotel has a beautiful kid’s corner that made me want to return to my childhood, their book collection in the reception area deserves appreciation but the decoration of the restaurant really is the best. The entire property is structured beautifully and every corner of it will reflect on the beauty and warmthless of the hotel. I believe this is a newly constructed or renovated property. This hotel also provides parking space for cars making it a brilliant choice for staying for all groups and age of people. I loved my stay at the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel last weekend with my mum. Stunning refurbishment still being worked on but the rooms are delicious! Great rooms, comfy bed and pillows. Beautifully appointed rainforest shower bathroom. Lovely staff so kind, caring and helpful. Breakfast is a MUST set us up for the day didnt need to eat later we were still full. Cannot rate more highly but would definitely go for sea view next time its just stunning! Loved the Pacific Parrot too she is so sweet and very chatty. Thank you
