The best service we have had in a long time. All the staff couldn’t do enough and were all very attentive. We had 14 people for afternoon tea to celebrate a baby shower. Elena was great helping with the organising of the day. Would highly recommend and a big Thank you to everyone involved and helped on the day.

We had a meal at Nineteen with our two children. Diana G was a fantastic waitress and made our experience really good. She was attentive, kind and very efficient. The food was fine but the service was better. Foxhills has very nice grounds too 😀

The waiters are all so brilliant, they’re great at anticipating what you need , checking you have what you expect. One particular lady, Diana G was possibly the best waitress I’ve seen in a long time. She managed our group of 25 exceptionally well and it was lovely to see how much pride she took in her job.

Most amazing stay with the most amazing hosts. Special shoutout to Luis,Anne & Reynold &Ursula who made our Anniversary stay so special. Beautiful place with very special people thanks for the memories 💕Rooms are spacious and comfortable would recommend a stay here.

Fantastic stay at Foxhills, a perfect weekend of great golf, great dining and wonderful service. Anne & Ursula are such a fantastic welcome to Foxhills, go above and beyond and turn a hotel into a home for guests. Can’t wait for our return visit.

We’ve been here multiple times since 2017 and have always had an amazing stay. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. The spa pool is the perfect temperature (not too cold) and the jacuzzi is a good size so you don’t have to wait around to make use of it. Our massages were some of the best we’ve had. The fox dining rooms serves up immaculately presented dishes which taste delicious. Nineteen is more casual but still serves tasty food. Even though we’ve been here many times before, we’d still return. Highly recommend.

Afternoon Tea as a family of 6 reunited in a celebration. We have been to Foxhills 5 times in the past. A family celebration for elderly parents and parents in law. This felt like self service and I worked hard from minute one ! 1. No chilled Prosecco- the 2 warm bottles I retuned.I insisted he could find som cold bottles elsewhere in the hotel.Voila - after a short delay nice cold bottles were found. 2.Afternoon Tea is basically served and you are then left on your own which is not acceptable Four times I got up to find zero staff in the bar or lounge area We needed more tea We needed additional plates We needed additional napkins Each time I had to find help……and this came from a member hearing my tale of woe at the front desk She apparently summoned a Manager from elsewhere in the complex and suddenly we got the service we should have done from the start. Not good enough

Went to Nineteen for a family birthday lunch. Lovely place. Friendly staff. Food was great, between us we had superfood salad, club sandwich, 3 small plates, fries and houmous. All came out together and was really tasty, well presented and plentiful portions. Only slight downside was constantly having to try to get staff attention if wanted to order drinks etc (as cannot order at the bar). But staff were helpful and friendly when they did come over. Would recommend for a leisurely lunch.

We recently stayed at Foxhills for one night with two other couples. Our experience had a mix of highs and lows, making for an overall memorable stay, though with some reservations. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the stunning grounds and the charming building. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our stay. The bar area was fantastic, offering great service and a cozy atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Our dining experience was another highlight: the food was brilliant, the atmosphere delightful, and the decor stylish. However, despite the commendable efforts of the staff, it was clear they were slightly understaffed, which affected the overall service. We took advantage of the hotel's amenities, enjoying a round of golf on the fantastic Bernard Hunt course and indulging in the brilliant spa facilities. Both were well-maintained and contributed significantly to the pleasure of our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms were a significant letdown. They are very tired and lacked essential comforts. The lack of air conditioning made the rooms hot and uncomfortable, even though it wasn't a particularly warm evening. The beds were far from satisfactory, they were far off sleeping on a camp bed, the pillows were something of a hotel that charges £40 per night. The bathroom facilities were also dated, with a constantly running loo adding to the frustration. At £315 for an executive double, the value for money was severely lacking!! During checkout, when asked about our stay, I shared our severe disappointment regarding the rooms. The staff mentioned that the feedback would be passed on to housekeeping and that room upgrades are planned. Which did very little to mitigate our immediate dissatisfaction. In conclusion, while the country club aspect of the hotel is superb and clearly caters well to its members, the hotel rooms themselves are not up to standard and are not worth the hefty price tag (£315 for an executive double). All three couples in our group shared this sentiment. We sincerely hope that the rooms are updated soon to match the rest of the hotel's high standards.
