"Manila Hotel is a legendary hotel that has been in existent for more than hundred years. The ambiance, lobby, rooms and even, the staff’s uniform truly imbibe history and the Philippine culture. The rooms are spacious and overlooking the Manila Bay. Nice to see the sunset from the hotel room. Food is in abundance. Appreciate highly if they could have the single beds replaced with double beds. It’s quite small compared with other hotels. ❤️ Overall, it’s a great stay."
"My husband and my 6-month-old son stayed at Acacia Hotel Manila for Mother’s Day, and it was the best decision we made. The staff made sure I truly felt the holiday by preparing a small surprise in our room. What made it even more special was that they also gave me a complimentary Mother’s Day cake!
The room was soooo clean and comfortable. The staff were all very accommodating and respectful, and they made me feel special. Every time they saw me with my son, they greeted me with “Happy Mother’s Day” with big smiles on their faces.
The facilities were also sooo superb! The Tomoko Spa gave one of the best massages I’ve had lately, and it really calmed my postpartum nerves. We (especially my son) also enjoyed the swimming pool with its beautiful city skyline view.
Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we’ll definitely be back!"
"I used to ignore those play areas at hotels, thinking it was silly for hotels to have them until i became a mom and badly needed a designated space for my child to play. It was clean, safe, bright and colorful. Play areas attendants were kind enough to turn off the screen upon request since my child was alone when we went there."
"The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is very good because of the walking distance to Festival Mall and Town Center. Though they don't have available place with two rooms so my family can be toether in one reservation."
"I was generally satisfied with my stay at the hotel. There was only a small misunderstanding regarding the lunch boxes, but it was resolved. I especially enjoyed the UMU restaurant - everything there was truly delicious and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience."
"I stayed at Quest Plus Conference Center Manila for one night. I previously stayed here when it was Crimson Hotel, so I chose it again for familiarity. I arrived early, and security was very helpful with my luggage, making check-in smooth. The staff at the front desk were polite and professional, and the self check-in kiosk was easy to use with their guidance.
When our key cards didn’t work, a bellman named Josh quickly ran downstairs and fixed them. He was very helpful and friendly. The lobby is elegant, and the location is excellent right across from Festival Mall with a 7-Eleven just outside.
The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit outdated with worn furniture. The beds were very comfortable, and breakfast had a good variety and wasn’t crowded if you come early. Overall, Quest Plus is a convenient and reliable option in Alabang, with friendly staff, a great location, and a solid breakfast."
