The room service was not good and also the tv was not working. The room was not same as shown in the mmt. Sorry i haven't taken any pics of the room. The room no was 304.

It wasn't clean, the roof fell off while i was sleeping. If something would have happened, would they've taken the responsibility.

Nirmal palace at lucknow is a decent and convenient hotel for family. We had a pleasant stay there.

When I check in, they charged extra 200. After check in, I found the room was dirty and bathroom, toilet seat badly dirty. I asked to clean the toilet and others. They said it will be clean in 15 minutes. I waited outside for 30 minutes and when I came back, still toilet seat was dirty. They again called the hotel staff. In second attempt they cleaned but that was also not satisfactory.

Nice location near to lucknow station. Staff was quick and behaviour was also good. Need more hygienic rooms
