I just loved the environment and calmness over there. This property is one of the finest in whole Lucknow. Ambience, rooms, pool area and dining hall everything is so mesmerising. Overall a good hotel to visit.

A new property conveniently located near the airport. Ms Supriya Sharma of the Front Office staff was pleasant to interact with guests. Bar is good. 24 x 7 Laundry needs to be established for guests. The food is nice . The rooms are spacious but option of firm pillows should be there. Overall, a good place!

I visited IHG Hotel yesterday with my friends.The staff made the stay memorable. And because of the friendly staff, beautiful ambience, amazing variety of cake and pastries. I heard about ***go festival is celebrating in IHG hotel. I have been to this hotel twice And will continue to come again and again. Where I met with Narayan Mishra from Bakery Dept. He is so mazing boy with smiling and energetic face. Narayan suggested me and my friends to try one cake and literally the cake was soo awesome. Thanks to Narayan Mishra for giving Excellent service to us. Hotel needs this type of supporting and knowledgeable staff. Please promote Narayan Mishra at higher level of ***agement in hotel industry. I Will surely recommend in my circle as well. Thanks alot.
